The property is amazing. It is beautiful and very well equipped for a comfortable stay. The pool is fantastic and very relaxing after the heat of Dubai. I highly recommend staying here. The staff are wonderful from check-in to departure. They were very attentive. The only challenge was on my first day, I had my do not disturb hanger on the door and I received a call from housekeeping which woke me up as I was trying to adjust to the time difference. When I ordered food later that day, housekeeping took that as a sign to also come in and suddenly I had five people in my room all at once when I didn’t want them there. I was also persistently asked for a review to the point that they even brought in a QR code for me to scan. It felt pushy and distasteful for this quality of hotel.

Everything was amazing by far

I personally don’t consider this hotel 5 stars starting by the service of the staff at the reception in exception of Amir A; it was extremely challenging to get what Expedia gave us as platinum members and Expedia was unable to communicate either with the hotel so we had to spend our time on this. The hotel surroundings is beautiful, there are deers, ducks, birds… this was my favorite part.

It was fun. The roof top was pumping with indian music all night lights and pool. If u don't like noise maybe not for u. But the place was beautiful and nice
