"Room was comfortable. Breakfast ok. Public areas clean and staff quick to respond. We did not sign up on the website for Wi-fi access and had virtually no signal in the room. "

"Pool was closed for repairs. No bar or restaurant as stated on website. Room was clean but sparse no microwave, and no chain lock on room 1. Room two sink leaked all over the floor. Super loud ac unit. Half the tv channels didn’t work. Room 3 finally ok but freezer was frosted over. "

"Everything about the hotel is great, the breakfast was great, you can make your own waffles and omelet or simple just have a bagel and coffee, love that they had cereal, yogurt, muffins and fruits for the kiddos too. Everything is clean,and smells great! The only not pleasant encounter we had was the receptionist that first recieved us. Hotels.com app was saying the parking was free(which we have proof) and the receptionist was trying to charge us for parking deapite us trying to show her on the app it stated parking was free, she didn't want to look at our phone nor at least tried to get a manager or supervisor, she simply didn't care. We waited till the following day to hopefully check out with someone different of which we did, and she was the supervisor. We expressed our concern and she took us very seriously, she refunded our money back for the parking charge and was very kind and helpful. Experience as a whole was a 9/10. Would I stay again? Probably, but hopefully the receptionist gets a little more proper training."

"Great Stay"

"This is a newly renovated property that is clean and feels new. It was great for our large family. However, I would not call it "Luxury" since there are several misses that should be corrected by the host.- Cheap, 1-ply toilet paper.- Bathrooms: very nice but unfinished. There is no shelf or tray in the shower for your toiletries. There are no hooks to hang towels or clothes. The electrical outlets for hair dryers didn't work in at least 2 of the bathrooms.- Bedrooms: nice but incomplete. The rooms don't have dresser drawers and there are no suitcase stands (they're are inexpensive; need 2 per room). I guess the host expects everyone to live out of a suitcase on the floor. The closets are good-sized but there are only a few hangers.- Kitchen: plenty of dishes, cups, pans, etc. But the property has 11 bedrooms and is listed for up to 26 guests. Having just a standard sized refrigerator is a major inconvenience. There is plenty of space in the kitchen island for a simple beverage refrigerator (300). None of the large luxury properties that we've encountered have this issue.- Outside: very nice with lots of fun games and nice pool !! However there are not nearly enough chairs and the fire pit is non functional (bottom filled with water).All that being said, the host was responsive and fixed a few things while we were there. Based on what's missing, I would recommend that they use the property a few times to better understand how to make it "Luxury"."
