Windancer 303 is the perfect way to complete your Emerald Coast beach getaway! This one bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo creates a wonderful, relaxing atmosphere to make your vacation feel like a true escape. You, your family and friends will love the beachfront views as well as the property's amenities, like free WiFi, private beach access and the beachfront community pool. The nearby central Destin, FL, location gives you access to all the most popular area attractions, restaurants, shopping, beaches and more. Staying at Windancer 303 provides you and your guests with a premiere beach vacation experience!

Upon entering the condo, you'll walk past the master bedroom and guest bunk area into an open-concept space with breathtaking beachfront views. The living area provides plenty of seating for everyone to gather around the flat-screen TV . The floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors provide for a captivating view of the beach. The living area leads outside to a fully furnished private beachfront balcony. You'll be able to enjoy sunrises with your morning coffee or overlooking the dolphins playing under the beautiful sunset with loved ones. Inside, the kitchen has full-size stainless steel appliances and kitchen basics, so you can make your favorite meals during your Gulf Coast getaway. The dining area offers seating for two with three additional seats at the breakfast bar.

The master bedroom provides a king bed, flat-screen TV and private bathroom. The private bathroom features a spacious vanity and tub/shower combination. Tucked away in the master bathroom is a laundry closet with a washer and dryer for convenience. In the hallway beyond the master bedroom is a half bath and guest bunk area featuring a twin-over-twin bunk bed, which the kids will love!

You'll have access to the entire space! This third-floor oasis even offers a private balcony with beach views you'll want to soak up every day of your stay.

Beach Chair Service is only available March through October.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have a great time at this location. We have stayed at many locations across the gulf but this was definitely one of our favorites. Somethings worth mentioning include the amazing beach service attendant. He was so great with all of the guests and made sure to try to accommodate your needs. I recommend checking in with him as soon as you arrive so that you can get your chairs for the week. He will reserve your spot until 11am where the chairs become first come first serve. We also loved how close we were to everything. Food, shopping, an arcade- all of those things were close by. The house was stocked well with necessities but the kitchen could use an update. The plate and bowls are so small. I recommend buying plastic plates (bowls if you eat cereal and stuff). The frying pans are also in need of replacing. Finally, if nothing else the customer service is impeccable. I had to make some changes to our payment on file and the woman who helped me the entire time doesn't nearly get paid enough to manage these properties. She was amazing!We would definitely book this condo again.

Very clean room with great view of ocean and the pool. Plenty of towels and comfortable beds. Only thing that would be a nice addition is maybe a few more cooking utensils and pans..outside of that I would absolutely stay again!

Great location!

Such a great view of the beach and a short walk. The room was perfect, clean and decorated nicely. Kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was VERY comfy! The hosts communicated and explained everything so well. We will stay here again.

The attendant with the chairs and umbrella was awesome. However, I had to wash the sheets due to hair on them. The pillows had stains on them as did the mattress. Relaxing vacation!

I loved the location! We came on Spring Break and this particular area of the beach and pool were not overly crowded! We also had an incident where the battery went dead on the key pad. They worked as quickly as possible to fix this issue and get us back into the condo. They also included two beach chairs with the beach service which made it so much easier than having to pack our own!

Front seat views to the beautiful show that is the ocean. Property appears clean at first glance but needs deep cleaning. Couch and loveseat are dirty and stained. I bought some cheap blankets at Walmart to cover seats and back of couches to cover them before I was comfortable to sit on them. Management company was great to help us in any way.
