This was one of the most relaxing vacations we've had in a while. The house was beyond our expectations from the amenities to the location. John and his wife at Cobia Coast are awesome and made our stay enjoyable

Absolutely one of the best we have ever stayed at! Great location to the beach, walk in 3 min. 45Min drive from airport. There is a grocery store less than 10 min away with great options, fresh seafood if you cook etc. The house was amazing, rooms for everyone. The pool/backyard area was the Best we have had. The owners were great at texting reminders of trash day etc. They were also so nice and answered if we needed them, which was only once since the house was great. Kitchen and pool are huge, pictures are accurate!

The house was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Had a problem with the elevator and pool. We called and it was fixed that day. Great service!

Family retreat at Whiskey Beach

This has thus far been our best luxury beach house vacation rental experience, and we typically do between 1-2 such trips per year for the last 5 years. The best parts of this experience were the responsiveness of the host and the amenities of the property, especially the hot tub and heated pool. However, what is as important as any amenity is the functionality, cleanliness, and troubleshooting capacity for that amenity; all of which were top notch for this property. The only thing that would've made this luxury home completely unbeatable would be making it beachfront, however the beach is in viewing distance and walkable within 1 minute. Highly recommend.

Wow! Just wow!

Just an impressive place from top to bottom. Our every other year family vacation surpassed everyone's expectations with this one. Bedroom suites were perfect for everyone. Kitchen accommodations for the full family breakfast and lunches were on point. Grill and entertainment downstairs for relaxing was like being at a separate resort. The putting green even afforded the kids a mini tournament while the adults enjoyed to pool and swim up table. And yea, one block from the private beach. This one will be tough to beat. Enjoy!!
