Welcome to Paradiso Villa where rustic and luxurious styles blend perfectly. Located in the beautiful gated community of Caribe in Miramar Beach. This distinguished neighborhood has a guard gate, fountains, tennis courts, two community pools, a relaxing lake and just a stroll to the beautiful sugar sand beaches of the Emerald Coast

When entering the elegant Great Room, it is open with high beamed ceilings and multiple French doors that provides access to the peace and tranquility of your own private pool. The Gourmet Kitchen has top of the line stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare meals for your family. The Beautiful art and comfortable furnishings make you feel relaxed and if that’s not enough you have your own private pool with courtyard and BBQ grill.

This spacious villa has five (5) bedrooms and 4-1/2 baths. The master bedroom is located on the first floor through a hallway off the Gourmet Kitchen. It has a king size bed with a double walk-in black and white marble shower and a bathtub to relax. On the second floor there are three bedrooms, two have queen beds and one has two twins and there are also two bathrooms.
The fifth bedroom and bath are located in the adjacent annex, by the pool and offers a queen size bed and full bath.

Per the HOA Rules this home only allows for eight (8) people to stay the night and only allows weekly reservations.

Per FL Law there are door alarms on all doors leading to pool you can switch them off if there are no children during your stay.

Pool – There is a swim out (step) located on the north west corner of pool.
Canopies and tents are not allowed on the beach. You can have it heated for an extra fifty dollars per day.

Fireplaces - are for decoration only - for the safety of our guests we have turned off the gas.
