Summary:
This adorable townhouse is in the perfect location! Just a short walk to the beach access, which is located at popular Pompano Joes restaurant. The community pool is located just out the back door through the screened in patio. You will enjoy all the updates that set this townhome apart from the others, and makes it perfect for your vacation.

The Space:
This home has a fully remodeled and stocked kitchen, and an open dining room and living room area with a sleeper sofa. Upstairs on the second floor there are two bedrooms, both have private bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and a private patio, and the guest bedroom has 2 queen beds, perfect for extra guests or kids.

The Neighborhood:
Misty Cove is a quiet community, just a short walk to the beach. Located just off Ellis Rd., there is easy access to both Scenic 98 and Hwy 98.

Other Things to Note:
Walking distance to the beach, several restaurants and a local coffee shop!
