Our delightful 1BR-2BA condo is located on the fifth floor of the Pilot House - just steps away from the sparkling lagoon swimming pool, hot tub, and fitness room. A quick ride on the golf cart through the Resort will take you straight to the sugar white beach. The entrance to Baytowne Wharf is right out the front door, so enjoy the convenience of specialty restaurants, boutique shopping and entertainment. Enjoy relaxing on the private balcony overlooking lush resort landscaping.

With beach chic decor, our condo features stylish art, a new sleeper sofa and custom lighting. The cozy family room offers a queen sleeper sofa, an HDTV, and complimentary internet service. The kitchen features granite countertops and is fully stocked with everything needed to whip up a meal for the group. A guest bathroom is located right off the kitchen. Our master bedroom is complete with a comfortable king bed, custom linens, an HDTV, and a private bath. For your convenience, there is a stackable washer/dryer, but please bring your own beach towels.

The Resort is the premier destination on the Emerald Coast. You will enjoy sugar white beaches, 4 golf courses, 15 world class tennis courts, a full marina with water sports, catch and release fishing, swimming pools, a fitness center with full spa, and 11 miles of walking, jogging or bicycling trails. The Wharf, in the heart of the resort, offers a unique experience. The shopping, restaurants, children’s playground, arcade, zip line and seasonal entertainment are designed for the family experience. For an extra treat, don’t miss the weekly summer fireworks display. For more shopping, the Silver Sands Outlet Mall and Grand Boulevard boutiques border the Resort. The newly expanded Destin Commons is only minutes away.

Part Two Baytown Stay
The property was nice and comfortable. At first it was overwhelming with parking codes, door codes, entry codes, and a 157 step walk to get to the condo. But we did get used to it after a few days. Enjoyed the golf cart and had a chance to ride on the entire property to see the neighborhoods, etc. Attended a Bal Harbour pop up and WOW, that was amazing! Ate at Ovide which was very nice, and enjoyed our stay. There are many suggestions we could give, but all in all it was good.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was very clean and just as described. Excellent, convenient location for the Baytowne Wharf area and very easy access to the community pool. The golf cart was an added bonus that we thoroughly enjoyed! We will never stay in Sandestin again without a golf cart! Thank you!

The unit was very clean and well furnished. Plenty of towels. The only negative to this unit is the noise on the balcony. You can hear the very large air conditioning units for the hotel all day and night and they are loud.

The condo was very nice although the HOA was doing maintenance on the balcony so we could not use it as we hoped. The property manager was very apologetic. The pool area was great and the Baytowne Wharf area was special.

First, I want to say that this condo was the perfect size for my husband and I. We absolutely loved it. However, the unit is in desperate need of a new AC unit AND new ceiling fans. It took hours to cool the place down and we were lucky if that ever actually happened. The fans put out zero air and barely rotated. Other than that , great location and we loved the golf cart !

Awesome little community. Clean, cute and modern unit. No problems at all. 10/10. We will be back every summer! Check out slick lips. Fantastic food right next to our unit. Check out Rum runners for a good time! We had a blast.

Overall Good stay
Good location. A little bit pricey, but with the golf cart included it's ok. The apartment is not Wow , but it's clear. We came a little earlier and asked if it is possible to check in like 1 hour in advance. The Property Manager allowed and gave us the door code by the phone.She said that she will send us this code as text message.We went down to the parking lot to pick up the luggage and came to the door. Still no text message with code. We called like 10 times and texted no response - so we had to stay in front of the door like 20- 25 min. Finally she answered her phone and send the code. Besides that the communication before and after that situation was ok.
