November music getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. Very Unhappy with this property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ll try to be brief: This rental can only sleep 6 people in the rooms - there are not enough beds for 8, the patio lights/fans didn’t work, AC upstairs DID NOT work so 4 of us had to sleep downstairs in the living room (2 in the mattresses we brought from upstairs and 2 on the sofa/bed), found ALIVE cockroaches on the kitchen floor and upstairs bathroom (I have photos & videos). We spent 4 days & 3 nights and they ONLY left 2 trash bags and about 9 big towels for a family of 8! We found trash under the couch and the main shower floor upstairs was dirty. The checkout process states to remove the trash from the rental but didn’t say WHERE the dumpster/trash cans were so we had to walk outside the apartment complex to look for it. Overall, I was very disappointed with this rental. The only thing I liked was the location- beach is walking distance.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family stayed here 2 years in a row and loved it. We're huge fans of Seascape and this is one of the nicer villas! The only complaint is the upstairs bedroom with the 2 twin beds gets so, so, so hot from the sunlight shining through. Be prepared! Other than that, great.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve rented this same unit four times in the past 6-7 years, but will be looking elsewhere next year. The unit is well equipped, but basic maintenance and cleanliness seem to be wanting a little more each year. That said, communication with the property management company is near impossible. Phone calls are not returned and emails responses are either very slow or non-existent. The price keeps going up but the service and amenities keep going down.

Family reunion at the beach.

Beautiful property. Close to everything

Close to the beach, restaurants and everything else you need for a great vacation. However t could use a little TLC. Multiple small things added up to a bit of a let down on our experience. The biggest issue was the dryer. It was full pf sand under the lint trap. We tried to vacuum it out-it didn't seem to help(laundry was still wet after 2 hours. Several of the kitchen cabinet doors wouldn't stay closed. Like I said, just a bunch of minor issues that distractracted from the overall great unit.Our feet turned black after walking on the floors. I am guessing a good carpet cleaning and hardwood surface mopping are needed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year staying in this condo. Everything was great as it was last year. Two things needed looked into: the air in the upstairs front room (with 2 single beds) this room was very hard to cool. Also, the dryer did not dry well at all, even a couple of items at a time. We cleaned filter, tried different settings, etc but instead ended up having to haul most dirty clothes home to wash.

Reviewer Comments: We booked our stay for 6 days and only given 1 roll of toilet paperper restroom, 1 roll of napkins, no dish soap nor sponge and the dishes in cabinets were so dirty (I have pics). The dishwater did not drain well so the dishwasher had a horrible odor and it doesn't clean the dishes very well at all. Aside from this, everything else was perfect.

Great location & great facility-lacking in cleaning & maintenance

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental is a beautiful condo. However, I was not clean. I want the owners to know that it is not being cleaned properly. The master bedroom shower has orange scum on the tile, the floor is dirty, the countertops and mirrors and toilet were not cleaned. In the bathroom on the main floor water was leaking from the upstairs bathrooms. The floors were dirty and left our feet and socks black. The windows were not clean which is sad because the view from the screen porch was beautiful. We had a great time and loved the location. We hope the owners know they need to get better house cleaning and maintenance services.

It was very hot and no air circulation, even with the ceiling fans on. Also, we would have liked to have some basic items like coffee, salt and pepper.

Better than expected

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a gorgeous villa but....the air conditioning doesn’t work in one of the bedrooms. This was a known problem before we arrived. The ductwork to the room and connected bathroom has no air coming out. We bought a fan and Seascape provided another fan the next day. But when we left the air conditioner was still not fixed. Would not recommend this property until the air is fixed.
