Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property itself is new and the pool is beautiful. Upon arrival we noticed a large stain on our comforter, that looked like it had not been washed. Our patio area was cute but covered in mouse feces. There were no extra blankets and our sheets were itchy and cheap. Our first night there we returned from the beach around 5:00 sandy, sweaty, covered in sunscreen only to have no water! When I called the resort about it they were incredibly rude and dismissive. We were unable to make our dinner plans that night because no one could shower. I went to bed around midnight and there was still no water. The last straw was when a landscape truck stuck itself in the sand and literally exploded. We were unable to leave the resort at this time because there was only one way out and it was blocked by the fire trucks and the exploded truck! I also would not consider it walkable to the beach. If you had to carry anything with you it would be a long haul.
