Convenience is key at 4327 Beachside II with hassle-free keypad entry and coded access to the beach and private pool. With the building’s largest one-bedroom floor plan, our newly renovated 13th floor condominium offers 972 square feet of living space as well as a private balcony overlooking the beautiful emerald gulf waters and sugar sand beaches. In addition to a spacious living area and master bedroom, this vacation oasis features a full bathroom and fully stocked kitchen complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and updated cabinetry. Recent renovations include freshly updated furnishings and appointments, as well as fresh paint and new tile flooring.

Our thoughtfully designed master bedroom suite features an HDTV, ample closet space, and access to the master bathroom with custom tiled shower. Wake up refreshed and choose between having breakfast at the kitchen table or out on the balcony, enjoying the sunshine! If additional sleeping arrangements are needed, guests may enjoy the queen sleeper sofa in the living room. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the unit, and wireless internet is complimentary.

Located in the heart of the beautifully manicured Golf and Beach Resort, Beachside II is just minutes from the area’s best eateries, galleries, boutiques, and nightlife. From ropes courses and playgrounds to live music and entertainment at the Village of Baytowne Wharf, there is fun to be had by guests of all ages. Beautiful view the water is just as pretty in person as online saw dolphins from the beach love that it was a gated community which is a nice perk bed was a little to soft for my liking only because of a bad shoulder but overall would definitely return thanks for a wonderful week

Great property

This was a great rental; it had all the amenities we needed and was extremely clean and comfortable. The beach was spotless and offered pristine relaxing possibilities. There were a number of restaurants close by as well as a walking path which we took advantage of every morning. We would recommend this rental to anyone wanting to stay in the Miramar Beach area.

Great location for beach views

Perfect sunset views and ample space for two. Quick elevators and close access to the beach. Wish the whole property was smoke free. Did not like smelling the neighbors weed everyday.

This was our first time in Miramar and my goal was I wanted a place on the beach with beautiful views, and we got just that. The 13th floor balcony looked out the the ocean and the condo was just as the listing described. We will definitely be back!

Great stay with nice extras

We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed a peaceful stay. The door code did not work, but the contact answered immediately and had it working in minutes. The closet door had come off the track, but it just needed a screw back in. The condo had beach chairs that were a nice little extra to be included. Overall it was very clean and nice.

Anniversary vacay

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Beachside 2. The rooms were very clean and location was awesome. Our only complaints consists of the mattress needed to be replaced with a new one. Both my wife and I felt like we were sleeping in holes with a mountain ridge between us. Another problem that was never resolved was a toilet issue. One had to hold down the toilet handle to have the toilet flush successfully. One other issue that was disappointing was the lack of pool availability. I must have misunderstood the availability of pools thinking that I could use several pools especially the pool at Beachside One. I’m an avid swimmer and was hoping to swim in a pool that provided lap swimming as the one pool at Beachside 1.

Gulf dreams

Location in Sandestin beachfront was a great choice. The property and surrounding area was gorgeous we used ubers all week to get around. The Condo was very clean. A tiny bit of frustration with the door combo but Phyllis at blue beach properties got us in quickly. Tried all week to get the living room TV to work with no luck. Rental property did offer to help us. Wasn’t a big deal to us. Tv worked in the bedroom. They had an umbrella and 3 chairs to use which saves a ton of $$$$. Not a fan of the company that sets up ALL the chairs on the entire beach front with no people in them. 85% were empty all week. The beach house grill was very close and had delicious food and drinks. The Hilton had a lot of dining options and most importantly coffee. We had a great week and would highly recommend this condo.

Nice 1BR in Sandestin Beachside II

We always pick a 1BR in Beachside 2 because of the gorgeous sunset and beachfront views. I like the 13th floor and being at the end of the hall .The elevator next to the room was not in service , so I can’t comment on the noise. The bedroom had a very comfy king size bed, a nice walk-in shower . Might I suggest a safety bar? We are older and it would be a plus. We appreciated the furnished beach chairs, umbrella , tent , beach toys and boogie board. It was the first time in 20 years we did not rent chairs from the beach chair service and made it fine. The kitchen has a keurig and regular coffeemaker. The frig had a great ice maker , and plenty of room . The kitchen seemed to have all the basic necessities for cooking meals in. We had to move a few things around in the cabinets to make room for groceries as there is no pantry . The decor is stylish in the living room. We never slept on the sleeper, but I read reviews it slept well. The only reason that would keep me from not choosing this 1BR over others at Beachside II is the comfort level of the living room couch and chairs for watching TV at night. I want to give a honest review , but the couch and chair was really uncomfortable . Maybe an update on the furniture would make this room my favorite at Beachside 2. .I have stayed at rooms with uncomfortable beds and great living room furniture. This was the flip of that, but would be an easy fix. Overall a positive experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I spent 4 days in this rental. It was exactly as described. Plenty of space for both of us. Nicely decorated. Beautiful view. Everything was included for basic cooking. There is an ice maker in the freezer. There are not spices, oil, or cooking spray (although someone had left some Kcups and salt and pepper. I have been to units before that are stocked with things like this which is appreciated since we fly, but if you're aware ahead then you can plan. Beach service is not included but there were 3 beach chairs, a small beach umbrella and a canopy tent in the closet. We were so thankful for these items because beach service for 3 days was going to be $180. There were also a couple styrofoam coolers in the closet. We were provided with one roll of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels. The washer and dryer was great and there was one package of detergent available. We had brought other travel sized ones so that worked great for us. There were 4 bath sized towels and a couple hand towels and washcloths which was perfect for us. This was our second stay at the Sandestin Golf and Beach resort (our first was in a different condo complex.) Beachside 2 is very nice. We didn't use the pool so can't speak of it, but it seemed nice. The beach access is short and very easy to get to.There is parking underground on the 1st floor. We were able to get a spot there each day which was great since it was so hot. You have to have a pass to get into the resort area and a code to get into each condo area. We never felt unsafe. It's a beautiful area on the beach side and the golf side. We went to Baytowne Wharf numerous times both last trip and this trip. There are lots of places to eat there. It's very quick to get to. The beach area is very crowded (at least when we were there). The beach access for the golf side of the resort is right beside Beachside 2. I enjoy the people, but if you don't I suggest a different condo. I recommend this unit.

Lovely and Bright

The Condo was perfect for our week long stay! It’s bright, pretty and offers a stunning view of the gulf! It is right on the beach, so coming and going to the beach was so convenient. Highly recommend!!
