Hidden Dunes Condominium 1806 Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey

Destin vacation rental 1806 is more that just a place to crash after a beach day- it's a home away from home, a beautiful retreat and a real life sandcastle! Set on the western corner of Gulfside condos at Hidden Dunes, 1806 sits high above the white shores of the Gulf offering her guests unmatched views of the Gulf's emerald glory. The gorgeous exterior is complimented by an eye-catching yet comfortable interior. A smart Mediterranean inspired decor scheme is woven throughout the fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances, the spacious bedrooms featuring plush bedding and the open gathering spaces like the dining and living room. Best of all, you get the balcony! The sunshine and the dolphins dancing on the waves below is truly an unforgettable sight.

Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts, and are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play and we encourage you to call ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of our clinics and private lessons. Please call to inquire about cost per session and equipment rental prices. Our friendly staff invites you to join for a game or two.

2 CAR MAXIMUM IN JUNE AND JULY. NO VISITOR GUEST PARKING AVAILABLE.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Great property that has direct beach access! We stayed for 2 nights and wish we had more nights to spend at the property. Overall the property was clean, and the beach was easy to access and the beach service was a great add-on that came with the condo!

Spring break getaway

We had a great time a Hidden Dunes. Our stay was seamless and the unit was immaculate. Our only issue was that there weren't any beach towels and that was likely just as miscommunication on our part yet, for this high a quality of a unity, just seems like a silly thing not to have a beach condo. The beach staff were amazing and we just had an amazing time. We just referred our family to your units

Summer 2019

Gorgeous view of the Gulf! The property was perfect for our beach get away. We took our two teenage kids and each one brought a friend. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was very convenient. We had friends staying in the villas....very short walk away. The beach chair and umbrella service was convenient and easy to arrange - request to be next to friends was honored.

We overall enjoyed our trip! The Tennis was great and Tennis staff was great! The work out room was out dated though and needs some attention. The water fountains didn’t work around the property when running. The ice maker in our unit had mold so probably should be changed. The decor was great and updated. We would consider returning. Thanks!

Very good experience at this condo. Very clean and well stocked. The view from the 18th floor was beautiful but I must say I felt a little disconnected from the ocean. The multiple security codes were a little daunting at first but was mastered quickly enough. Very friendly service . Would return again but maybe to a lower floor
