Peaceful and serene! This stunning beach front condo offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and is located on the 9th floor at Gulfside, Hidden Dunes Resort. With breathtaking gulf views and designed in the latest “beach chic” décor, this property earns five stars! The direct views of white sand and blue water are indeed impressive.

Flooded with natural light, the living and dining areas are tastefully furnished in “trendy coastal style” reflecting the colors of the sea. There is plenty of comfortable sectional seating in the living area for everyone. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a roomy breakfast bar. Our dining area offers elegant dining seating for six guests, and breakfast bar seating for three. The master bedroom features a king bed, a picture window with gulf views, and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom is delightfully furnished with two full beds, and is served by a hallway guest bathroom.

Hidden Dunes is a beachfront resort that offers 3 swimming pools, a world class tennis facility with clay courts that is ranked among the 'Top 50 Tennis Resorts in the USA' (court fees apply), a catch-and-release fishing lake, scenic walking trails, lighted basketball courts, shuffleboard, horse shoes, a complimentary fitness center with his/hers locker rooms and sauna, and onsite security at the resort’s gated entrance. Hidden Dunes is less than three minutes away from outlet and retail shopping, fine restaurants, and grocery stores. There are several challenging golf courses, a water park, and entertainment within a few minutes drive! Also nearby is Sandestin’s Grand Boulevard with a brand new movie theatre, upscale shopping and restaurants. Destin offers a variety of fishing, boating, and dinner cruise excursions. Only 2 vehicles are allowed per unit.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Perfect Spring Break Getaway

We had a great time staying at this condo! Beautiful view and we saw dolphins every day. Unit was clean and we had lots of space. It was easy to communicate with Beach Blue Properties. Location was great as the outlet mall, restaurants and grocery store were all close. Hope to return soon! Only issue was none of the grills on the property would light.

Wonderful location

We were recently down there on a girls tennis trip and enjoyed our stay at this condominium. It was wonderful to be right on the beach. The furnishings could be freshened up and updated but overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Great location on the beach

The condo was a great location directly on the beach. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view. The kitchen was well equipped and having the bbq grills near the pool was handy.

Great location and space!

I have been coming to the Destin/30A area since I was 6 years old in 1991 (my parents and family even before that) and this was one of my favorite places to stay. Love the security of the area. The view was breathtaking. The condo itself was wonderful! Comfortable beds and couch, spacious kitchen and bathrooms. Even had a keurig and pantry! Woohoo! The beach chair/umbrella service, White Diamond, was exceptional! The young men running it were so polite and always offered to carry beach gear and totes for us, big plus to my mom and I! We had absolute perfect weather all week. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better time. Thank you all so, so much! ❤️

Well kept

The property was clean and well appointed. instructions on workings of TV remote would have been helpful. Guest beds would be great for kids, but not very comfortable of an elderly lady with back issues. Hot water was very short lived and ended up with cold showers more than once. Overall, nice with no big complaints.

The sectional couch seemed rather old and was a bit dirty. I would suggest washable slipcovers at the minimum. Also the lamp by the tv is wobbly. Probably an easy fix. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. The view is spectacular.

Great location

Great view and large beach area in front of condo building. Although the beach chairs for rent block the view once you were at the beach in front. Chair/umbrella rental rates outrageous- $45 per day!— bring your own. Uncomfortable and old balcony furniture. Very dirty sofa. Kitchen and washer/dryer ok. 2nd bedroom poor lighting and sparse furnishings. Rain shower head inadequate. Very low bathroom sinks. Pool and hot tub area were good. But there was a big fence blocking the view to the ocean.

The unit was updated 95% which was great compared to the old out of style unit my friends rented. My only complaint as all was the the sliding porch doors are in horrible shape. the one in the bedroom once opened took 2 people to close. It sat open for hours one day when I went golfing and my wife and daughter couldn't move it at all. So get that corrected and this place is a winner 100% of the time!

The master bedroom had plenty of storage for clothes , but the 2nd bedroom hardly had any - just a Tv stand , and small closet with no hangers. The TV/roku was very difficult to navigate . There were a lot of delays and remotes did not work well . Instructions would have been helpful. Also , we knew ahead of time that beach service chairs and umbrellas weren’t included. We’ve had that in the past , with several other condos . That would be a nice plus . Overall , we had a great time .

Maintenance came twice to complete work orders (not at our request) during our stay??? It rained one of the first nights we were there so we had a puddle outside our door all week. The master shower tub filled up with water when showering. Beds were not very comfortable. The property overall seemed a little dated. It enough parking...had issues finding a spot each time we left.

Location is great HOWEVER......

Yes it does have wonderful view. Gulf side building is dated and the pool area is as well. Happy the unit came with umbrellas and chairs. Yes the unit has new flooring and new furniture but kitchen fridge leaks, bathroom caulking need to be replaced as well as new tiles. Whoever painted and spackled did a poor job looks like they did it with their eyes closed. Balcony doors are extremely tough to open and close. Bathroom towels were small and paper thin, no bath mats in master bathroom. Not my kind of place, nor my definition of a luxury rental. Family reunion was held there only reason why we stayed. I would not stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location and views great condo was clean...however just because it has new floor and furnishings you have a long way to go. Bathroom tiles are cracked and caulking need to be replaced as it is moldy. Masters bathroom cracked cabinet. No soap dishes or hand soap, missing bath mat in masters. Paint and sparkling job is horrendous. Fridge leaks, sliding doors are ridiculous to close. Towels are super thin. In general Gulf Pines is dated. Pool is dated. I would never stay here again
