Peaceful and serene! This stunning beach front condo offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and is located on the 9th floor at Gulfside, Hidden Dunes Resort. With breathtaking gulf views and designed in the latest “beach chic” décor, this property earns five stars! The direct views of white sand and blue water are indeed impressive.

Flooded with natural light, the living and dining areas are tastefully furnished in “trendy coastal style” reflecting the colors of the sea. There is plenty of comfortable sectional seating in the living area for everyone. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a roomy breakfast bar. Our dining area offers elegant dining seating for six guests, and breakfast bar seating for three. The master bedroom features a king bed, a picture window with gulf views, and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom is delightfully furnished with two full beds, and is served by a hallway guest bathroom.

Hidden Dunes is a beachfront resort that offers 3 swimming pools, a world class tennis facility with clay courts that is ranked among the 'Top 50 Tennis Resorts in the USA' (court fees apply), a catch-and-release fishing lake, scenic walking trails, lighted basketball courts, shuffleboard, horse shoes, a complimentary fitness center with his/hers locker rooms and sauna, and onsite security at the resort’s gated entrance. Hidden Dunes is less than three minutes away from outlet and retail shopping, fine restaurants, and grocery stores. There are several challenging golf courses, a water park, and entertainment within a few minutes drive! Also nearby is Sandestin’s Grand Boulevard with a brand new movie theatre, upscale shopping and restaurants. Destin offers a variety of fishing, boating, and dinner cruise excursions. Only 2 vehicles are allowed per unit.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

NOTE: The total reservation cost includes the nightly rate, clean fee, damage waiver, transportation fee (for select properties), processing fee and tax. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list.

Easy and beautiful location

Our stay was great. We found the ease of the condo to be quite helpful with our four young children. The condo was just the right size to wear. Our beach was not overly crowded and we had plenty of space for playing in the sand and also on the shore of the ocean. The condo was great and had everything that our family needed.

Perfect Spring Break Getaway

We had a great time staying at this condo! Beautiful view and we saw dolphins every day. Unit was clean and we had lots of space. It was easy to communicate with Beach Blue Properties. Location was great as the outlet mall, restaurants and grocery store were all close. Hope to return soon! Only issue was none of the grills on the property would light.

Amazing location

We have stayed in the Hidden dunes several times. They never disappoint. This unit was great, clean and an amazing view. I love a good couch for setting together at night and this was a perfect couch. There is a keriug so bring pods. Communication was quick on responses. We will be back for sure!

Wonderful location

We were recently down there on a girls tennis trip and enjoyed our stay at this condominium. It was wonderful to be right on the beach. The furnishings could be freshened up and updated but overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall things were good. The access code was changed prior to 10AM. Therefore during our checkout part of my luggage was in the hallway and I couldn’t reenter to get the other part. Fortunately, my wife was still inside.This was very annoying.

The sectional couch seemed rather old and was a bit dirty. I would suggest washable slipcovers at the minimum. Also the lamp by the tv is wobbly. Probably an easy fix. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. The view is spectacular.

Well kept

The property was clean and well appointed. instructions on workings of TV remote would have been helpful. Guest beds would be great for kids, but not very comfortable of an elderly lady with back issues. Hot water was very short lived and ended up with cold showers more than once. Overall, nice with no big complaints.
