The living room down a couple of steps has a sleeper sofa, two comfortable chairs, and a large flat screen TV. The sliding glass door off the living room leads to the screened-in patio with serene views of the lake, marina and The Links golf course!

Just up the stairs, the master bedroom offers a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and attached bathroom. The sliding glass door from the master bedroom opens to the balcony that overlooks the lake, and attached bathroom.
The second bedroom features 2 full-size beds, a flat-screen TV, and attached bathroom.

*The home also offers a 6-seater golf cart for easy transportation around the resort! Once you arrive at the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort Welcome Center for check-in, an additional $500 damage deposit for the golf cart will be charged/held for up to 14 days after departure. Once an inspection of the golf cart is completed after your departure, the funds will be released back to your card if there is no damage.
