QUIET SURF # 1

This 2 BR / 2.5 BA end-unit townhouse situated directly on the white sands of the Emerald Coast offers amazing views of the Gulf from both floors. A mix of modern and rustic, this Quiet Surf townhouse features many renovations including new flooring, new stainless-steel appliances, renovated bathrooms, and new furnishings with a sophisticated coastal flair.
Enjoy watching your favorite shows downstairs on 2 high-end leather sofas or a swivel chair and ottoman and a 55" Smart TV or catch up on work at the desk with a view of the Gulf. This home offers expanded cable service and high-speed internet for streaming. The open concept kitchen allows amazing views of the Gulf's emerald water and is stocked full of cookware, a crock pot, Instapot, air fryer, waffle maker, both Keurig and drip coffee makers, coffee bean grinder, French Press coffee maker and plenty of serving pieces. Dining includes a dining table for 6 and bar seating for 4. Step outside to the enlarged beachfront deck to sun in the 3 Polywood chaise lounge chairs or sip cocktails in the shaded area at the Polywood bistro table for four while grilling your fresh catch on the gas grill. Open the beach gear closet to find additional lightweight beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, coolers, and corn hole game. Only 11 steps down to the white sand and an outdoor shower. The first floor is complete with a half bathroom with a full-size washer/dryer set and plenty of beach towels!

Upstairs the spacious master suite with a lofted ceiling and spectacular views of the Gulf is waiting for you. The king-size bed with a high-end luxury mattress, sleeper sofa, 50" smart TV, and a private beachfront balcony with seating for four. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, two large vanities with plenty of drawer space, separate water closet, hair dryer and a lighted makeup mirror. The second bedroom features two queen-size beds with luxury high end mattresses, a 55" smart TV, large dresser, and an adjoining bathroom, which may be accessed from either the bedroom or the hallway. Clean white hotel style bedding is provided for all the beds.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony as you enjoy the sounds of the surf, and after a day at the beach watch the amazing sunsets. This "Old Florida Style" townhouse, furnished with all the modern conveniences, will not disappoint!

Beautiful getaway!

Quiet Surf II is a beautiful townhouse located on a pristine shoreline in Destin. The beach and water are stunning! Our party consisted of two couples in their 60s. We loved this place because you literally step out onto the beach from the deck steps! The master suite is amazing and beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. This townhouse is close to restaurants and shopping. In fact, there’s a small restaurant called Kenny D’s right across the street. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely return!

There were some minor maintenance issues but they really did not have a significant impact on our overall satisfaction. The rates were also good although we did stay during slow season, a week or so after spring break and before summer. We would definitely stay again. Also we drove an EV and it would have been really nice if they had a 220 connection so we could have chargers over night. I would even have paid more for it.

There were a couple minor problems that I reported and the Frangisca Beach staff quickly resolved to the point it was above and beyond what was required. Great seafood restaurant right next door. Another with outdoor seating right across the street. And then there is the beach. Very nice. Enjoying coffee in the morning or a cocktail on the deck with the view and the sound of the waves is very relaxing. I’d go back.

"Beachy" Paradise

The deck is partially covered for shade. There is a closet on the deck filled with beach chairs, boogie boards, and toys. There is a shower head and hose at the bottom of the deck stairs and another hose on the deck. Perfect for washing off the salt water and sand. Beach towels were provided, which was a big plus. The master bedroom is fantastic! The view, the balcony, the bed, the large bathroom are all to die for and could not be beat! We felt so at home. We walked across the street for dinner at Kenny D's. So much fun! So nice and convenient to park in front of the townhome. Frangista Property Management stayed in contact via text/email. If we had needed anything I am certain it would have been taken care of promptly. Our favorite activity this year was riding wave runners in the Destin Harbor and open ocean. One of our favorite memories was sitting on the master bedroom balcony at night with a full moon shinning on the ocean. This really is a special place to stay and I highly recommend this townhome for your next visit to Destin!

This place was right on the beach! Beautifully maintained and very well stocked. The property management company was fantastic and checked in periodically to see if we needed anything. Great view!! We had a great time and can't wait to return!

Exceeded all expectations!

Quiet Surf #1 was amazing. This was our first year branching out from a condo tower we normally stay in and it was well worth it. Check in was as simple as receiving a door code to my phone. Location was perfect and near plenty of restaurants. I will definitely book this place again hopefully next year!

Very nice place. Beds super comfortable. Good cable package. Beach was a little more crowded than expected. Master shower stall leaks water onto floor very easily and 2nd Bath tub had areas of discoloration but otherwise was as expected.

AMAZING BEACH VIEWS! Quiet Surf #1 was a delight!

Staying at Quiet Surf #1 townhouse was a delight. It had all the amenities for a relaxing getaway over the holidays... a well stocked kitchen, new ceramic cookware, propane grill, books for reading, board games, and 4 extra lightweight folding chairs for the beach. The house was very clean and cozy and definitely right on the beach. The views are awesome as this townhouse is an end unit. The mattresses were extremely comfortable and all the beds had fresh white duvet covers. Frangista Beach Properties provides beach towels and a Keurig as a bonus! I would highly recommend staying here.

The condo was clean, the beds so comfy. The second bedroom did get a little warm for the girls, but nothing they couldn't manage. The beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels were all an added plus since this year we flew. We enjoyed the condo so much we've already booked it for next year.

Beach Therapy Getaway

The beach was literally steps away from our back door. Beautiful view from our bedroom as well as the common family,dining & kitchen area. The beach setup was wonderful. We did have a little problem with the outlets in the bathrooms but info in app told me to check the breakers and problem was solved. The air went out mid week and tech temporarily fixed it and promised to fix next day but storms prohibited him from coming.. luckily the temp fix worked for the remainder of our stay. We received a request to allow pest control to come in but we declined due to personal sensitivities. Wonderful location with great restauants just steps away. We definitely will consider this place for another beach therapy getaway.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What an amazing, beautiful beach vacation! What more can you ask for? The townhouse was on the beach so the views are outstanding. One of our favorite views was from the master suite. Just seeing and listening to the Gulf from the bedroom is heaven. The rental was immaculate. Plenty of towels provided, even beach towels. The kitchen was stock well to our surprise there was even an air fryer! The rental company was amazing they called to check in us personally to ensure we were enjoying our stay. We always prefer staying on the beach if possible and this place exceeded our expectations. I almost forgot to add there are two restaurants a coin toss away. We will book again for sure.
