A short nine minute walk to your private beach access. Guests will love the spectacular white sandy beach of the Emerald Coast. Home offers many amenities that make this house a perfect vacation for your family and friends. Includes 4 adult bikes, beach items for the kids/adults (beach chairs/toys) , many kitchen supplies for any chef to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner. Spacious laundry room, 2 car garage and additional 2 car parking on driveway (parking on street not permitted). RV/boat parking is not allowed on the property. Golf cart is allowed Starter kit provided to make your first 24 hours stay comfortable. Large shampoo and large body wash located under sink for guests use if desire. Please bring additional items as needed. Crystal Sands beach house is close to many restaurants and just down the street are the premium outlet shops. A nice walk, bike or vehicle everywhere! We enjoyed most of our stay by the pool an in the hot tub. It was a wonderful week and looking for to hopefully come back for years

There were 5 of us with kids (14, 17, and 18.) we had plenty of room and some! The pool was refreshing and there's a hot tub as well. The private beach was just a short walk or drive to, with plenty of parking any time of day (end of August '25.) The house is well stocked with all the basic necessities from games to pool and beach equipment, to a stocked kitchen. The house was very clean when we arrived. The host was as very responsive and gracious. Would definitely stay here again!

Exceptional Property

Just book it! We stayed here for three nights and none of us wanted to leave. This home was super clean and came with all the necessities. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and the location is PERFECT! We will be staying here in the future.

Lovely spring break trip!

I took my son and some friends to Florida for spring break, and this house was so charming, very clean, fully supplied with essentials, games, and an amazing backyard, with a private pool, hot tub, bbq grill...just perfect. Nhu was always easy to get in touch with, and anything we needed, she responded quickly and kindly. Easy beach access, and such a cute, safe, area. The neighborhood was immaculately kept, and everything about our stay was wonderful. Thank you, Nhu!

Perfect stay!!

My husband and I planned a last minute break to relax and this house was perfect! The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful and the neighbors were so nice! The house was clean and nicely decorated. Location was perfect! Definitely recommend!!!!

Exactly as advertised. Very enjoyable stay and the house has minimal decor to worry about. Simple and easy to clean up. Also love that every drawer is labeled, making it easy to find stuff or put it away. I would suggest adding a large (janitor style) push broom/mop to help with the sand cleanup. Sand is unavoidable so that would help guests clear the floors easier. All in all a great place to stay and highly recommend. Also Nhu is excellent at responding to any questions. A

Lovely

What a wonderful property! A group of us stayed here to be between downtown Destin and Baytowne Wharf. It’s a short walk to the beach or Surf Hut area. We enjoyed the private backyard/pool area daily. The rooms were spacious, everything in the kitchen was labeled for a quick find and the home was clean. Nhu was a wonderful host/manager! She was very quick with communication when needed or if we had questions about the area. We loved our stay here!
