Comfortable stay

It was a comfortable place for our stay for our short visit. Great communication with property owner. Having the beach service of chairs with umbrella was a plus. Would stay here again.

We had a great stay! The Beach was beautiful and the location and amenities are exactly as advertised. Very clean and our pups were very comfortable. We had a bit of a hiccup during check in but Mr. Larry was very communicative and resolved the issue as quickly as possible. We would stay here again!

Great Place

This was the perfect size place for my husband and I. Since it’s a pet friendly condo, we were able to bring our small dog with us. Loved that it was ground floor with nice parking area. Very clean,had everything we needed. Short walk to the beach with beach chairs included!

Grandbaby time

What a happy, cozy place! We had our grandbaby visit us, and there was a required, comfy rocking chair that fit the need perfectly. Great location. Owner was very helpful.

Maravilla Marvelous

My husband and I stayed at Maravilla for 6 days. The location was fabulous. Close to the beach, walking distance to restaurants, and shopping. The condo was perfect, just the right size for us. The pool, hot tub, and fitness room were all great. There was plenty of walking routes for us to walk our small dog. We would definitely stay there again.

It was perfect to be on ground floor with dogs. Everything we needed to cook and be comfy. Needed gate code, but neighbor helped to get us in. Owner called to check in after to make sure we got in. Wish check out was a little later. Would definitely go back.

This condo is an 11. THE BEST!

I’ve made many trips to Miramar beach and Destin. This was by far the best. The location is an 11 on a scale of 1-10. ;). Larry was the most gracious host. It is worth mentioning besides the perfect location this condo is VERY quiet. Great for relaxing and getting a few zzzzs! Thank you, Larry for the hospitality!

Family Beach Trip

We loved our stay in this condo. It was so clean and had everything we needed. The property is quiet and well maintained. The walk to the beach is short, and there are places to rinse everything off before you arrive back at the condo. Larry is wonderful to work with. He even gave us restaurant recommendations that were so helpful, as we had never been to the Destin area before. He was timely in answering questions and gave very clear directions to the property and expectations for our stay. We had a wonderful trip and would definitely stay there again.

Comfy Condo

Great Condo, clean, everything you need, comfy bed. Bottom level, perfect for trips to the car. Perfect location, 5 minute walk to 🏖️ beach, nice pools! Nice area to walk my little Shih-Tzu Daisy. Beach chairs and Umbrella Service. Walked down each morning registered for chairs and had all day! 5 minute ride to stores. Host Larry was very nice to talk to. Was very happy with our stay, and hope to return.

Comfortable and Convenient!

Great clean condo with everything you need provided. Bed was comfortable, and layout of the condo was great. Furnishings in the living room and patio were comfortable which is a plus. Nicely decorated with personal touches. Washer and dryer were convenient. Loved the ground floor location which was perfect and easy for both of us and our elderly Pomeranian. Location of condo was peaceful and quiet. Parking was convenient and also had only a short drive to stores. The beach was beautiful and we enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella service very much! Larry was easy to communicate with and also recommended restaurants in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return! Thank you!

I have never booked anything on Vrbo before, so very unfamiliar with the process, however the owner made everything super easy. He was very kind with all my questions and the condo was amazing and perfect for what we needed. Not far from the beach at all, in fact we walked back everyday for lunch in the condo. Great trip! We will be back!
