Welcome to Maravilla, Building 3. Come share our piece of “Paradise”!….

We would love to share our home with you! It sleeps six comfortably, two bedrooms and two baths with a sleeper sofa. There is a large flatscreen TV in the living room for movie night. Feel like surfing the internet? FREE WIFI is provided. There is a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook delicious meals. Feel like eating out? There are wonderful restaurants in walking distance that we would be glad to recommend. We have a full washer/dryer in the unit to use at your convenience. RELAX on your private balcony with a semi-Gulf View (where we love to have our morning coffee). Come stay with us and all you need to pack is your bathing suit and toothbrush. We provide start up supplies which include, bath and dish soap, Keurig coffee cups, paper products etc….

We LOVE Maravilla for all its great amenities, you will too! There are 2 pools and a hot tub, one pool heated seasonally and the other overlooks the Gulf. Tennis and basketball courts, beach volleyball and a fitness room in the club house. There are grills available throughout the grounds for your use. A short stroll leads you to our private gated white sand beach entrance. We include a special BONUS for our guests, two beach chairs and one umbrella reserved just for you from mid-March thru October... It’s a $400 value!
We are conveniently located near all of your vacation needs such as, groceries stores, restaurants, bike rentals, parasailing, jet ski, water parks, great fishing the actives are endless. If you are like me and love “shopping!!”, Destin is world class with Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Destin Commons and Bass Pro Shop … all are just a short drive away.

A little about us... we absolutely love the Destin area, it holds a special place in our hearts because that is where our family lives. We are blessed to have traveled extensively and have seen many beautiful places, but we always go back to Destin for the best beaches (and family at times)! If you never experienced The Emerald Coast please come see why it is called a piece of PARADISE!!

Home Away From Home

This was our first time as a family staying in Destin and our stay did not disappoint. This condo was so close to the beach and had all the amenities we needed. It felt like our home away from home! We did have a leak in the bathroom ceiling from the condo above. This was not a big deal to us and the owner had someone come out and check things out. This was definitely not the owner’s fault and we were very understanding of this! We had a blast and can’t wait to make this a yearly vacation. This is a great condo to stay at! We highly recommend.

Absolutely perfect location and the cleanest toilets ever!

For any middle aged men reading this, let me just start with the most important thing: the toilets. They are those deep bowl models which comes in handy a few hours after an all-you-can-eat crab and shrimp dinner. No shallow bowls here that force you to stand up halfway through to avoid a ball slapper. Second, the toilets were IMMACULATE! Not a single spec of "debris" or water rings. Third, the toilet seat was wide and very comfortable - like a seat from a fatboy Harley. So comfy I took it for a spin three and four times a day. Now, the not so important stuff. The family loved the place. You could see the ocean from the back porch sitting area. The walk to the beach was 4 minutes sober, 8 half in the bag, 37 after a gummy. The free umbrella and 2 chairs was a GREAT selling point and we used it every day. There is plenty of food, entertainment, and golf courses within 10 minutes of the place. We will definitely stay here again. Side note - the place is a little older and is not in perfect condition, but why the hell do you go to the beach for a perfect counter top or faucets? Get a life. The queen bed was low to the ground and not the most comfortable but that's why they make beer, so you can go right to sleep and not worry about it. The back porch was amazing and worth a second mention.

What a perfect vacation:) From initial booking, ease of arrival, the truly comfortable furniture, to the perfect walking location to beach… everything was truly great:) it was the first big girl mother daughter trip with my almost 20 year old daughter. Oh and the beach was perfect!!! So nice to not have to worry about finding a cabana and chairs since they are included:) We truly had the best time and will look forward to staying here again:)

Wonderful place

Will definitely recommend and we will book this condo again. Very clean and well equipped with everything we could of wanted to make meals. Quick 1 minute walk to the beach and the chair service was an added bonus. We used the pools and hot tub at night and it was so relaxing. Owner was very responsive and welcoming.
