Charming Coastal Resort Cottage - Gated Private Beach Entrance

  • Bright, cozy and airy within the Maravilla gated beach resort. Lots of space, windows and light. Great for kids too with room for cribs. Walk to the beach with 2 pools, tennis courts, gym, basketball and clubhouse. On a non cut through road with low traffic, great if kids are out front. Close to everything ,about 340 yards or less than a five minute walk to the private beach entrance. Close shopping and restaurants near the Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Fantastic place to experience the Emerald Coast. Welcome to pets and the home backs up to a large grassed field to walk them. Best of all private beach access to limit the crowds on the beach.

    2nd identical home one house over if you have more folks called Blue Pearl.
