Maravilla 4104 is a Destin Miramar Beach 1 bedroom 1.5 bath Pet friendly vacation condo rental. This condo is a ground floor unit which offers easier access to and from the beach, parking and pet area. The owners have put considerable thought into providing for guests and their vacation needs, including a relaxing atmosphere and comfortable furnishings. Beach service for 2 is included from mid March until Oct 31st each year.

All of our properties require a Saturday-Saturday stay during Spring Break, Summer through Fall and holidays, unless last minute.

Supplies: Beach Condos in Destin provides dish washing soap for your stay and an initial supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, and 2 kitchen trash bags; enough to get you through your first 24 hours. We recommend you bring the following items for the remainder of your stay: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, spices/condiments, coffee and coffee filters, laundry detergent, hairdryer, toys, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for an enjoyable vacation.

Maravilla Beach Resort is a popular family complex in a 33.7-acre gated community featuring 2.5 acres of private beach with beautiful sugar-sand beaches and emerald green waters. It is a great vacation destination with amenities for the entire family. It is just minutes away from some of the best restaurants ranked in Best of the Emerald Coast and only 2.5 miles from a day of golf at Regatta Bay, ranked 'Top 200 Places to Play in North America,' by Golf Digest.

Maravilla vacation rentals are on Scenic Gulf Drive between Crystal View (to the east) and Beach Retreat / Leeward Key (to the west), near shopping, outdoor concerts, deep sea fishing, boat and wave runner rentals, dolphin excursions, water parks, go-cart racing, golf and the Silver Sands outlet mall.

Beach Vibes

The aesthetic of this place was perfect! The paintings were mesmerizing! Such a cute condo! Close to the beach and heated pool! Condo was stocked well with paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags provided. Plenty of towels. Even had games, puzzles, & books for all ages for those rainy moments.

Good choice

This condo was very clean and the kitchen was very well-appointed. Supplies were available as promised, and after a confusing week of streaming tv, we found out how to get the regular channels. The location, if it couldn’t be on the Gulf, was very good. It was very close to the pool, certainly easily accessible to walking paths. We two old ladies and our old dog were very comfortable.

January 2024 Snowbird trip

We have been snowbirds for several years and stayed in Maravilla several times. This was our first time staying unit 4104. Upon arrival the condo was very clean and the furnishings are very comfortable. There is plenty of parking right outside our door. It is a short walk to the beautiful white sand beach. Several restaurants are within a 10-15 minute walk with many additional restaurants within a 15 minute drive. The only suggestion I have is to install a slip resistant mat in the tub/shower. The floor of the tub is extremely slick with soap suds on it. We like this unit very much and will keep it on our list for possible future stays.

Excellent property, very clean and comfortable. Everything necessary for a stay away from home was provided. Close to the beach. The area is very pet friendly. Bar far one of the nicest properties we have stayed at when visiting the Destin area. Would definitely stay here again.

Destin in winter

This was our first time visiting Destin. The weather wasn’t very cooperative but our VRBO condo was everything we expected and didn’t disappoint. It was clean, well stocked and in a safe gated community. Would definitely stay there again but want to come during the warmer months so that we can truly enjoy the beautiful beach.

We have stayed at Maravilla multiple times over the past three years. The area is perfect.

Loved it. We had a short in the electrical system. A breaker was going out in the outside panel. If was repaired immediately. We will book this condo again; it was on the ground floor and easy to take our dogs in and out.

Great location!

Although you could not see the beach from the condo, the location was amazing. Maybe half block to the beach. Always had chairs and umbrella waiting for us once we got there. The condo had a fully stocked unit with a great layout with the bunkbeds in the hall or the sofa bed to choose from for the kids Very dog friendly. Would stay there again, only suggestion replace or clean the throw rugs on the floors But we just took them up and put them in the closet. Had a great time there.

Dog Friendly

We really enjoyed the ground floor unit since we brought our pups with us. The unit is definitely older, but there were some nice upgrades. The floors and shower still need replacing, but overall we were pleased. The location was a short walk to the pool and the beach. There were also a couple of restaurants within walking distance if you don't feel like driving. I did expect Maravilla to have dog waste bags and garbage bins to dispose of the waste throughout the grounds (since they are pet friendly), but there are NONE. The only place to throw anything away is in the dumpsters that are located at the far back of the complex. Overall, it was a good experience and if we chose to bring the furbabies again with us on vacation we would stay here again.

Maravilla

Maravilla is very dog friendly!! A short walk to the beach and chairs and umbrella great!!! My biggest complaint was no internet and when I called the response was oh yeah 4104 has internet problems! I did get a code but I should have been notified or a note at the condo telling me the correct code. One other problem was the bed frame! It sticks out and we both stubbed our toes everyday. It’s so tight in the bedroom hard to get around the bed, very little clearance. Very clean and lots of towels.

Nice Condo but beware of spring breakers!

First of all this Condo was fine. No trouble, very comfortable. We have been coming to Destin close to 30 years. This however, was our first time this early in the year. Unfortunately, the week we stayed was the first week of spring break for many schools. If you are young and up all night, great time to come. For two seniors that turn in early, not a good choice. We were woken from a dead sleep several nights by revelers in the parking lot about 4:00am. Ongoing parties also sounded like a herd of elephants were overhead. We love Destin, but won’t be back during spring break. Keep in mind none of this was due the fault of the property owners! I would have rated 5 stars if not for this.

Excellent week in Destin

This was our 5th time in this unit. We really like the new upgrades even though we are not a fan of the tissue holders in the bathrooms. We will be back again late summer.

Excellent Getaway!

We had a wonderful time at Maravilla 4104. The grounds were impeccable and lots of places to walk our Sheepadoodle! A quick walk to the beach and there were two beach chairs and a umbrella waiting for us. Overall, the condo was great. We wished the outdoor space was a little more private, but it got the job done. We will look to spend Thanksgiving here next year!!!
