The Coastal Cottage is a privately owned, fully furnished cottage inside the gated grounds of Mainsail in Miramar Beach, sitting right on the Emerald Coast with 700 feet of private deeded beach, two resort pools, tennis, pickleball, a fitness center, and gated security. You get all of it. Every amenity. Every inch of beach.

Walk in and the open layout pulls you straight through the living room into the dining area and kitchen. It is bright, coastal, and comfortable in all the right ways. The living room has plenty of seating, a large TV, and a fireplace for cooler evenings. French doors lead out to the back with Adirondack chairs on the lawn.
The master suite is on the main floor with a king bed and a private en suite bathroom featuring a jetted soaking tub. A half bath on the main floor keeps things convenient for guests moving between the living and dining areas.
Head upstairs and you will find two more bedrooms and a shared tub and shower bathroom.
The second bedroom has a king bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed and connects through to a bonus attic-style room, the kind of space that immediately becomes everyone's favorite. A twin bed sits in the middle room and a full bed is tucked into the far side. Kids claim it instantly. It sleeps more than it looks like it should and has a charm that a standard bedroom simply cannot replicate.
The private balcony off the upper level looks out over the palms and pool below with gulf breezes coming through every afternoon.

The Coastal Cottage is a two story cottage inside the gated Mainsail resort community. The master suite and half bath are on the main floor. All other bedrooms and the shared bath are upstairs. The bonus attic room connected to bedroom three is a unique and beloved feature of this cottage, perfect for kids or extra guests who want their own space.
Parking is available on property. Please confirm parking details upon booking. Street parking is not permitted within the community.
