This 2,374 sq ft home is located just minutes from the beach in one of the most sought-after communities of Miramar Beach. In addition to the house, you will also have access to the community areas, including a private beach pavilion, sports courts, heated pools, and more.

☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
Your entire family will have plenty of space to spread out with five large bedrooms to choose from. All of the bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs and offer access to a patio.

The primary suite (Bedroom 1) is located downstairs and features a comfy king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite private bathroom.

Bedroom 2 is located on the second floor and has a cozy king-size bed.

Bedroom 3 features two sets of bunk beds, one twin over twin bunk and one full over full bunk. This is the perfect room for the little ones, and it has tons of fun extras to keep them occupied, including bean bag chairs and board games.

Bedrooms 4 and 5 both sit on the third level and are outfitted with king-size beds. French doors separate these rooms and can be left open or kept closed with shutters drawn for more privacy.

The home is equipped with three full bathrooms plus an additional half bath to ensure that no one is left waiting when duty calls.

The first bathroom is the ensuite to the primary bedroom downstairs and features a large vanity and a shower/tub combo with a large rain showerhead.

The second full bathroom is located on the second floor and has a large walk-in shower.

The third full bathroom sits on the third floor and is equipped with a large walk-in shower.

There is also a half bath located on the first floor.

The open kitchen and spacious lounge create the perfect atmosphere for hanging out as one large group.

The modern kitchen is sure to please the designated chef(s) and is complete with new stainless steel appliances, tons of counter space, and all the cooking essentials you’ll need for whipping up tasty family meals. Once it’s time to enjoy your meals, cozy up to the kitchen island (seating for four) or tuck in at the large dining table (seating for eight).

The spacious lounge is the perfect place to curl up after a long day in the sun. Kick back on the cozy couches and devour that book you’ve been meaning to finish or stream your favorite shows on the wall-mounted Smart TV.

The covered patios are wonderful spots to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening happy hour drink. There’s also a private grill if you feel like BBQing, and an outdoor dining table if you want to enjoy your meals alfresco.

In addition to the private outdoor space, you will be able to use the community pools, sports courts, and private beach pavilion. The pavilion charges a $30 fee per group per week, and in exchange, you will have access to beach chairs and umbrellas, a snack bar, bathrooms, and outdoor showers. We provide a wide selection of beach gear, including boogie boards, pool noodles, beach chairs, sand toys, and a soft football, in addition to a handy beach cart to haul all the gear down to the beach - just a five-minute walk from your front door!

Guest Access:

You will have private access to the entire home, including parking spaces for up to two vehicles in the driveway. There is additional parking by the community pool on a first come, first serve basis. You will also have shared access to community areas, including outdoor swimming pools, sports courts, and the beach pavilion. Note that the pavilion charges a $30 fee per group per week, which allows guests access to the private beach, bathrooms, outdoor showers, a snack bar, beach cart parking, picnic tables, and beach chairs and umbrellas.

The pools are USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. The hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pools.

House Rules:

Maximum Permitted Occupancy is 12. Exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy will result in a fine by both local authorities and from the host of $250. You will also be asked to leave.

We want you to enjoy your time in this home, but we also ask that you respect our neighbors. Quiet time is 10 pm-10 am.

This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke inside the home, you will be charged $250. In addition, you will be charged an increase in a cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages.

Absolutely no pets of any kind - no exceptions. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet.

Absolutely no fires or open flames of any kind, including candles. The use of a candle or any type of flame will result in a $150 fine.

We do not offer refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. We recommend purchasing trip insurance if a cancellation without a refund may result in financial hardship for you.

Unfortunately, we do not offer late check-out or early check-in. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10 AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 for the first half-hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half-hour that the guest fails to vacate the property. **********END OF HOST DESCRIPTION.
