Absolutely would not recommend this company. We did not get a parking code until the middle of the night before check out. There was a door leading to the hall of two condos, I did not receive a code to that door which was fine because it was unlocked until we came back from dinner and it was locked. It was 9 pm and I kept getting the message that it was after hours to leave a message. Once I got someone on the phone, they did not have the code either and it took two hours of sitting in a hallway before we got the code to be able to enter. The hair around the toilet was the least of my worries. I have requested a refund because we didn’t get to enjoy the day by the pool because we were trying to figure out how to park, we didn’t get to enjoy night putt putt or the pool because we were locked out with no code.
