Perfect for those who prefer to avoid stairs and elevators, this charming bungalow is nestled among lush natural landscapes, creating a peaceful escape just a short walk from the beach. The Primary Bedroom offers a King bed and a private bathroom with a stand-up shower, while the Guest Bedroom features a comfortable Queen bed. The well-equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, and a compact laundry center adds extra convenience.

With easy access to tennis courts, walking trails, and two pool areas, Hidden Dunes Cottage 194 is a true gem—ready to welcome you for a perfect beach getaway!

Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts, and are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play and we encourage you to call ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of our clinics and private lessons. Please call to inquire about cost per session and equipment rental prices. Our friendly staff invites you to join for a game or two.

2 PARKING SPACES PROVIDED!

Per Home Owner Association rules: Hidden Dunes does not allow trailers, RV's, motorcycles, boats/jet ski's or golf carts.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

We loved it! It was an easy walk to the beach and we just followed the fountains out the back door to the big pool. Being able to sit on the porch and hear the fountains in the morning was so peaceful. I found myself sitting there drinking my coffee having my quiet time. Having the washer and dryer was wonderful especially having our 4 year old grandson with us! We have no complaints!

Our stay

It was a decent cottage. It could definitely use updates and more comfortable chairs in the living room and also would’ve been nice for them to let us know that there was construction taking place right outside our porch during our stay. Pools were nice but didn’t like the seating arrangements at the beach with having to be seated and unfriendly kids overseeing it. We got there early and our daughter wanted to see the beach and it was like a big ordeal because we didn’t have a card to give them for seats, even though there was plenty of seating. Told them we didn’t need chairs, just brought our daughter down to play and they were cocky about it. Not a fan of that setup!!

Family Vacation

The property was great. Beach access was easy and beautiful. We really enjoyed the stay. Only one problem - our code at check-in did not work. The onsite security team let us in immediately and property management changed the code. The only downfall of the location is it is 10 miles from the heart of Destin. Traffic is really bad, taking 45-60 minutes at peak time to get to the prime restaurants and fishing charters. However, if this is not important to you, then the venue provides a quiet, restful location to relax.
