Sweet and beautiful

This property was amazing! It was very clean and spacious. Not far from the beach with a hot tub and swimming pool within steps . Most definitely would recommend this property.

The place was much bigger than we anticipated. The boys stayed in the room with the double beds and the girls stayed in the other room with the king bed. Both rooms had their own bathroom so that was awesome. The master bedroom was apart from the kids rooms, which made us parents feel like we were in our own space. Overall, great trip and experience.

Amazing place

Hands down one of the best vacations we have taken! The condo has everything we needed, we had a nice view of the ocean and the activities such as the pools, hot tub, basketball, corn hole and more were so nice! We plan on coming back!

We were literally minutes from the beach, walking distance. The property was very clean and Karen was super nice. She called minutes after checking in to ensure we had no issues. Also the community pool was very clean. I recommend others to stay here.

We loved the condo. Large and spacious. It is the farthest unit from the pool and beach. For most, that wouldn't be an issue, but my sister just had a hip replacement so it was a very long walk for her. We had to drive to park near a closer unit and walk from there. Wonderful stay

My boyfriend, son, and I met our friends and their 2 children here for a 5 night beach vacation. We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was perfect for our needs. The bedrooms are huge, and the living space was great. Our only complaint is that the bed in the primary bedroom was not very comfortable- the mattress was sagging and the box spring old and squeaky when you got in or out. But the proximity to the amazing private beach and the pool was absolutely perfect. We would definitely return.

The pull out sofa bed is terrible and needs to be replaced. There were dirty bathroom towels in the washer when we got there and there was a little grass on the sheets in the master bedroom closest to the front door. Could have been cleaner. The location is good.

Great Stay!

We have stayed at the Maravilla complex before and love its central location and proximity to the beach. This unit was larger than others that we've stayed in, with 3 full bedrooms. In total, 6 adults and a teenager had plenty of room. Host was very accommodating. Would recommend!

We had a great stay at Maravilla 4211. The Unit is very spacious, only a few minute walk to the pools and beach! We love the fact that Maravilla is pet friendly, as our little fur babies also travel with us. We will be back next year!

We had a great time with our family & dogs. It’s very close to the beach which is very nice. We had a n end unit with the stairs right in front of our unit which was nice. This is a 2nd floor condo.

The condo is nice, they need to renew the dishes in the kitchen (pots, pans, etc)

We found various cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom. the condo needed a better cleaning. the washer had sand. The property manager brought new silverware and cleaned it up a bit. The beach was wonderful. Despite the inconveniences we had, we had a marvelous time on the beach, our pet enjoyed too.

Wonderful Snowbird Stay!

We have stayed at several places in Maravilla in the past. This was our first time staying in unit 4211. The beds were very comfortable, there are two huge king-size bedrooms and one with two twin beds. Because it’s a bigger unit, there were two balconies, which we thoroughly enjoyed because they got in the sun in the afternoon. Being snowbirds, we appreciated the warm sun! We loved that the condo was so close to the heated pool and hot tub! We had a couple of issues because there wasn’t any vacuum cleaner or mop there and the toaster broke down. They will immediately taken care of after contacting the company.
