Please note that unfortunately the tennis/pickleball/shuffleboard courts are under re-construction and unavaible in 2025. The beach is a 2-3 minute walk from your door and you never have to wait on an elevator. The 1800 sq ft townhome has a main floor king master suite, another main floor full bath, a second floor king suite as well as a queen suite. The fourth bedroom upstairs has a full size bed and closet and drawer space steps away. The hallway bunks on the second floor are perfect for the kids at 5 ft long.
