Condo comes with free beach service - 2 chairs and an umbrella (seasonal March thru October)
Free beach bonfires held Mon and Fri nights!
The Hotel Room (lockout suite) offers a king size bed and private balcony. Complete with microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, hair dryer, and iron.


This wonderful condo is a 'NO SMOKING' unit. POLICY PROHIBITS RENTALS TO ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 25. The Surfside Resort prohibits pets.

Full linens, towels, etc. are provided. We don't provide beach towels.
Destin's most popular theme parks, and seven of Destin's most popular golf courses are within 4 minutes. Rent boats (pontoon, or motorboats or jet skis) beach front and/or nearby. Bikes and scooters also available. Several of Destin's most popular restaurants and shops are within 1 mile of Surfside.

Great Stay

This was a perfect space for myself to be while my family also rented spaces in the building. Everything was clean, views were amazing and Julie was excellent at communicating. Highly recommend for any individual or couple.

1201A small unit with excellent view

Can’t get a better view, but the kitchen sink is the bathroom sink and no closet. Only unable sitting area is on the balcony. This unit is very small and has some age to it. Like stated before, the view, the view , the view is where it is at.

The views were absolutely amazing (we saw dolphins so bring binoculars)! Julie (owner) was very quick to respond with answers to all our questions. The only recommendation I have is to bring a fan because the AC wouldn’t take it lower than 71 degrees, even at night (we are from OH and used to sleeping at 65 degrees). You could walk to several restaurants (whale’s tail was yummy) and the Topeka concert venue. We had a total blast and will be back!
