House has 6 bedrooms and 6 1/2 baths. All bedrooms have private bathrooms, 2 w/tubs - great for large or multiple families. The Great Room/Kitchen area opens to our private pool (can be heated for an additional fee). Gourmet kitchen!

The House sleeps 14-16 - 3-5 minute walk to the beach! Save money - no "resort fee"! We are located 2 blocks from Frangista's private beach access, just a 3-5 minute walk. No driving to get to a beach is needed.

House has a Tankless Water Heater - never run out of hot water!

Great vacation

Host was very accommodating ! House was clean and afforded everything we needed. Good pool and great loungers to layout on. Golf cart and beach service a great plus. Bedrooms large. Would difficulty stay here again.

Great Family Reunion

The property was fairly new. There were 9 of us, 5 adults and 4 children ranging from 6-68, and there was plenty of room for everyone. We had some minor issues upon arrival. The pool heater was on and unable to use pool a few days but upon contacting owner he walked us through how to turn pool heater off and it took 2-3 days to cool down so we could use the pool. We had a great time!

Love this place!

This is my second time staying here. I absolutely love the house, location and the hosts! So convenient for the private or public beach and love having all the extras included so I don’t have to worry about beach chairs and gear, since it’s included! The new patio furniture was a hit, I think we spent most of our time outside since we grilled dinner. I also recommend asking the hosts (quick to respond) about local places to eat….found a new Indian restaurant that was super delicious thanks to them! The new dining room table let us enjoy the 9 dishes we ordered for lunch from Holi (the Indian restaurant) with room to spare 😂. I’LL BE BACK!

Gorgeous Beach House!!!

Took the family down for a trip to the beach and found this gem of a place. This property is absolutely stunning and perfect for a weekend or week or two getaway to the beach with family and friends. The kids loved the pool and toys and the games that were on site. It's a perfect place to relax and grill out after a long day on the beach. Speaking of the beach it's a very accessible and quick to get to and we didn't have to pack any of our chairs or beach umbrellas as they had them there that we could use and they were in excellent condition! The golf cart was a life saver and saved us money on renting one and got us back and forth to our favorite spot (Kenny D's) a couple times. Definitely try and make it down to Kenny D's for some authentic New Orleans crawfish! The interior looks like it has recently been remodeled and upgraded with new furniture and fixtures and is comfortable and beautiful and gives you the beach feel in every room. The kids loved the bunk beds and were perfect for them to make a fort with blankets and pillows to play in the evening while the rest of us relaxed and had a drink on the balcony. If you are looking to make a trip to the beach in the area I would highly recommend staying here and bringing your friends and family too! The owners were great and responsive to our questions and easy to work with, check in and out was a breeze. They have built a perfect beach house in a great area and we will be back!

I cannot say enough about this property. It was so very nice. There was 12 in our group. We come to destin every year and all of my family said this was just absolutely wonderful. The owners answered very quickly with any little problem we had. The pool was nice. I would give it 10 stars.

Excellent Property!

Our group of 15 enjoyed our stay at this property! The house had everything you could ever need for a week away from home. The location of the house cannot be beat - close to the beach, stores, coffee and treats, yet far enough off the main drag that you are away from the traffic. The club cart was very handy for getting around close by. The kids loved the pool as well. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!

Loved this house

This property was very well stocked with whatever items we could need for our stay. Everyone in our group from the babies to grandparents had enough space and amenities. We can’t wait to come back.
