Not relaxing
This is the email I sent the property management company:The area was beautiful but the house was a huge disappointment. We will not stay with any house that is managed by your company, again. The neighbors all had so many extras provided to them to make their stays do convenient and they had all the codes they needed.
We have left the rental in better condition than when we got there.
We never received a code to walk out of the neighborhood. We finally had to ask a neighbor to use their code. It was a huge inconvenience.
The pool at the house was cloudy when we arrived and then increasingly got worse and became slimy. When I contacted guest services and the pool company came, he said he would need to call another company because the pool was functioning properly. I would hoped that the pool would have been checked before your guests arrived.
My husband had to fix the toilet, downstairs, every time my children forgot not to use it. We had no tools, no wire, nothing to properly fix it. My husband should have not had to do that. I requested it to be fixed three times through your company and no one came!
The trash around the property was unacceptable.
Even after the cleaning crew came, no one checked the trash in the back walkway.
