This incredible penthouse offers two spacious private balconies and also has the benefit of being a corner unit! You can see unparalleled Gulf, coastline, and beach views from the kitchen, living room, dining area, and primary bedroom! You will find the kitchen elevated two steps for the most unforgettable view while you cook family meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with housewares as well as fine upgrades such as granite countertops and upgraded appliances. The living room has a large TV, a DVD, a designer queen sofa sleeper with additional comfortable seating, a round table, as well as a coastal elegant dining space. The primary bedroom includes a large king bed, access to the private Gulf front main balcony, as well as patio seating to enjoy the view. You can also enjoy a spacious primary bathroom with a large jetted tub, a separate shower, upgraded lighting, and a dual sink vanity with granite counters. There is one guest bedroom that features a king bed and another with two double beds, both with designer bedding and full upgraded bathrooms. Also, enjoy the convenience of a full-size washer/dryer to use in a separate laundry room. This wonderful penthouse is equipped with five TVs for added entertainment.
