This home features a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals and snacks, as well as a private patio for unwinding after a busy day at the beach. Located on the first floor, this condo is easily accessed - the shared pool area is also a short walk away for some relaxation and sunbathing. There's no need to worry about sandy clothes, as there is a private washer and dryer to keep everything clean. Plus, this condo boasts two flat-screen TVs, so keeping up with your favorite shows will be a breeze.



    WHAT’S NEARBY

    This condo is part of the Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort, which offers amenities such as a pool, a hot tub, beach access, and four designer golf courses. Take a walk down to the nearby beach with its sugar soft sands and warm waters, or make a reservation to hike the 200 acres of the unique Coffeen Nature Preserve, a little over a mile east.
