The living room area features sliding glass doors and super-soft comforts strategically positioned near the flatscreen TV for your convenience. Just outside the sliding doors, you'll find a private balcony furnished with a glass table and chairs. Bring your breakfast or lunch outside and eat it while admiring the beach views. Too tired to go to the beach? Head to the shared swimming pool available within the complex!

Great place to stay

Such a magnificent view. Spacious and clean. Visiting with family who own in Ariel II so we weren't there much during the day but so relaxing to unwind in the evening. My only complaint is that I would have liked some extra blankets as we were there during Thanksgiving week when it was very cool and all the bedding was pretty thin.

Vacasa support was poor

Curtain in main bedroom was broken when we arrived.After multiple vacasa text messages it was only fixed on the last of our 5 night stay.Had to wake up every morning at the crack of dawn because there was no curtain and the room was flooded with sunshine.The location however was great and view was spectacular!

Mom/daughter trip

We decided to treat ourselves and stay somewhere nice close to the beach. This condo was it. The beach was a short walk away and there was plenty of pool space for times when we just wanted something quieter. The condo was spacious and suited our needs. The one negative was the window in the front bedroom let in lots of sunlight in the morning which made sleeping in a little difficult. But other than that, no issues.

Beautiful View, BUT...

We had issues with the AC, mold in primary bath, water problems with the second bath, and appliance issues. For our 6 night stay, we had maintenance out four different days to fix things; which they did wonderfully. We got tired of reporting things, so not sure if everything was fixed after we left, or not. Loved the view; ate breakfast every morning on the balcony and watched the sunset every evening there or on the beach. This was our second time at Ariel Dunes and unfortunately, it was very frustrating to have to waste time reporting issues.

My first bad experience of many stays at this property

I’ve stayed at Ariel Dunes 1 and 2 several times and this was my first bad experience. Upon entering the room we noticed a very strong smell of urine coming from the sleeper sofa. It was apparent that the source of the issue had not received any type of attention prior to our arrival. Someone came to clean the sofa which was them spraying a chemical on the sofa to cover up the smell. The cleaner crew sprayed an over the counter solution to cover up the smell. Needless to say we left early.

Beautiful Place

The view from our condo was just fabulous. The grounds are kept impeccable & the atmosphere is very family friendly. We felt very safe and anytime anything needed tending to the managers were right on top of it. We love Arial Dunes II and can’t wait til next year.

Second trip to Florida, first time staying so high up. The view is absolutely amazing and there are so many great places and a wide variety of things to do in the area. Wonderful Place!!

Amazing view from this condo! Such a quiet and peaceful area too. The grounds are superbly kept & everyone was so friendly. A bit of a walk to the beach but totally worth it for the gorgeous view. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance and the restaurant on the grounds is amazing! Be aware of displaying your parking pass correctly! They WILL write you a ticket if it’s not filled out & they can’t see it!! We loved our time Here! Will definitely visit again!

Fantastic trip

We really enjoyed the condo. It was spacious with comfortable beds. We were pretty busy during the day, but I found the condo a great place to relax in the evening. The only things I wish they had readily available at the condo were dish towels, dish soap, salt and pepper.

Charter fishing trip week..

unit was very spacious and nice...beautiful view from 22th floor...fortunately the TV wasn't working and the parking lot is crowded, hard to find a parking lot and we stayed only for a night...but will definitely recommend the place...
