You'll have a spacious balcony where you can sip your morning coffee and listen to the waves roll in, as well as shared access to a swimming pool, a hot tub, tennis courts, a fitness center, a beach bar, and onsite dining!

The wonderfully central Gulf-front location of the Surfside Resort will put you right in the middle of the area's best beaches, shopping, dining, and entertainment. Silver Sands Premium Outlets (two miles northeast) and Destin Commons (four miles west) are nearby for all of your shopping needs. You'll also be close to some of the best golf and deep-sea fishing on the coast, and only seven miles east of Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park.

Nice location close to the beach with good amenities. The water in the master bathroom was rust colored. The AC was not working for a while due to some issues with the water tower. Location was good but this place could use some renovations.

The reason why I didn't rate it any lower was because it was a decent size for a family of 4, but we encountered multiple problems. First of all, we were told it was in the 2nd floor. So, here you had us wasting time looking for it (calling). Turns out it was on first floor!! *smoke alarm wasn't functioning(I called to let them know, it wasn't replaced) We didn't feel safe. There was a send alarm placed on top of one of the small drawers inside the closet facing down) * master shower clogges and water kept turning either very hot or very cold *some of the lights did not work *the pull out sofa was very uncomfortable for my kids (uneven, bent, dirty) * some of the long curtain blinds were missing (privacy issue for us) *bands weren't provided until next day So, if you ask me, will I ever stay here, the answer is a big no!

Everything you would need is right there in the home. Had grills outside even to cook on. Beautiful inside and very clean. The balcony had a beautiful view of the ocean even on the first floor. Access to restaurants, store, and grocery store all right around the corner. Highly recommend this facility to stay in. Very pleased !

Condo was dirty when we arrived and we checked in 2 hours late. Pull out couch had dirty sheets on it and broke. Could not sleep on it at all. Tiki bar and restaurant was dirty and staff at tiki bar unfriendly. Very noisy at all hours of the day and night. Not enough umbrellas at the pool. Would not stay here again.
