Slide into something wonderful at Fairways 259! This two story bayside townhome rental, located at the exclusive SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT®, has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and sleeps 8 guests. Surrounded by lush, grassy landscaping and shady pines, Fairways 259 offers peace and privacy.

Imagine starting each morning of your getaway on a private back deck overlooking the golf greens and the bay and lake. After an afternoon nap in the hammock, light the grill and celebrate life with family and friends with a BBQ.

The home’s inside spaces are equally inviting and ideal for socializing and relaxing, including a flat screen TV and DVD player. The picture windows that lead from the deck into the main living space invite plenty of light into the room. Vaulted ceilings and a mirrored wall give the space a majestic, open ambiance.

When it’s time to dine, you’ll find six seats at the dining table and three seats at the counter bar. The full kitchen is well appointed with warm grey cabinetry- it’s a great space for preparing meals. The updated stackable laundry unit is hidden in a closet in the kitchen area.

There’s also a guest bedroom and a full bathroom downstairs. The bedroom has two twin beds. The plush sofa also pulls into a sleeper bed allowing for everyone to spread out.

Upstairs, you’ll find the master bedroom with a lovely king bed and en suite master bathroom. The bathroom has a granite double vanity and privacy tub and shower. The final guest room has a queen bed and full bathroom.

You’ll derive just as much pleasure from the outdoor accommodations. You’re minutes from Baytowne Wharf, the bay, and the beach when you stay at Fairways 259.
