Our unit has king bed, private full bath, small refrigerator, 55 inch smart TV, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, dishes/utilities & bistro table/chairs for enjoying your favorite beverage & snacks while watching the beautiful emerald green gulf. We do furnish towels you need to bring your own beach towels. Also, have private balcony (table & chairs) which overlooks the awesome emerald green gulf. This unit does not have washer/dryer. or stove. The building has coin operated W/D on the lobby floor for your use.

Photos were accurate of the interior of the unit. extremely convenient location for folks attending the Topeka Music Vacations. The beach chairs zero stress. Quick conversation with the beach crew and we were set for the weekend. Enjoyed the unit and communication with the owner so much we’re already planning on booking for next year!

High rise, beachfront condo

Great view of the ocean with a decent balcony. This condo was nicely decorated and clean, but very small. It felt like a hotel room. It was sort of strange because there were dishes and I believe even some pans, but there was only a microwave and mini-refrigerator. There was one "bathroom" sink outside of the bathroom. We did not like the size of the condo (too cramped) or the area. Too congested. We were dissatisfied such that we left a day early. We will not go back.
