    ADI Upcoming Walkway & Balcony Restoration:

    Please be advised that the HOA will begin a building-wide walkway and balcony

    restoration project starting November 1, 2026 , with staging and prep work beginning

    October 26, 2026 . The project is expected to run through March 1, 2027 .

    During this timeframe, individual balconies will be completely inaccessible at various

    points while work is being performed. Additionally, balcony outdoor furniture will be

    temporarily moved inside the units for safety.

    Please note that this timeline is subject to change based on weather and construction

    variables. We appreciate your understanding as we work to keep the property safe and

This unit was not acceptable for us as reviews and pictures show. Had to clean ceiling fans before spraying lysol sanitizer for the air to circulate. Went to open patio doors and the cushions on the patio furniture were horrible. Tub in bathroom was not draining once we turned on shower at 10:00pm. The five of us used second bathroom.Had food from night before got ready to warm the next day and microwave wasn't working nor was the light under microwave to leave on for the grandkids. Remotes did not match up to tvs. Both bathrooms had lights bulbs thatNeeded to be replaced Showerheads are out of date and need changing to handheld or anything else. We have never experienced a condo in this bad of condition. All the reviews I read beforehand were
