Elegantly furnished, relax in this spacious condo that is perfect for a family of up to 8 or a couple's retreat. Enjoy the well-stocked kitchen, stainless steel appliances, tile floors, and inviting décor. We have the best beaches in the world - and provide an umbrella and two beach chairs to enjoy it! Take the short walk to the 2200 foot Seascape private beach, or enjoy tennis, a wonderful golf course right out your front door, or take a dip in Seascape resort’s many pools, including the two spectacular pools exclusive to Ariel Dunes 1. This condo is in an AMAZING location, just over a mile to the world-class Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall, and just a couple of miles more to either stunning Grand Boulevard, Villages of Baytowne Wharf, or the many attractions of Destin. We offer a large Master BR with a King-sized bed, a spacious guest BR with Queen-sized bed, and a two-bed bunk room for the kids. We have the best sleeper sofa available anywhere, with a super-comfortable Queen-sized mattress - you have to sleep on it to believe it! We’re excited about making your beach vacation a joyful experience! Book today!

Kim and Rick’s place is fantastic. The location couldn’t be better. Close to the beach and restaurants. The condo had everything you would need for a family vacation. Bring your bathing suit and sandals and have fun. Can’t wait to visit again.

We loved our time there! Beautiful pools, short walk to the beach. Only problem was the third bedroom with bunk beds was more of a closet just inside the front door! This condo is better suited for two couples and a couple kids, rather than three couples and two kids! That being said we made it work and loved our time there! View was awesome as well!

We had a great family getaway here for fall break. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for all of us. The views from the balcony were beautiful, especially at sunset, and we really enjoyed having our morning coffee out there.The kitchen was well stocked, which made it easy to cook meals when we wanted to stay in. The layout worked perfectly for our family, with a nice master bedroom and a fun bunk room for the kids. The location was also very convenient, close to the beach, shopping, and local restaurants.Check-in and communication were simple and smooth. Even with some elevator work going on, it didn’t cause much of an issue for us.Overall, this condo made for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We’d be happy to come back and would recommend it to other families looking for a relaxing beach trip.

Condo was very spacious. Master bedroom had a huge king bed with a big bathroom. Both bedrooms were great size both with closet space as well. 3rd bedroom with bunk beds was perfect for a single person or kids, it also had a cabinet for clothes.Great location with amazing views.

Perfect place for the Avett Moon Music Festival. Condo was perfect, nicely decorated, nice view of the water and clean. Pickleball courts and beach close by and a quick walk to the Waffle House. We could even hear and see the music festival from the walkway. Thank you for letting us stay!

Thanksgiving get away

Had a great view, and we liked the master bathroom. We enjoyed the belcony sunrise and sunset. It was very quit for our stay. Hope it is available next time we come to Seascape.
