Everything is within walking distance, not only to the beach, but to everything you need for a perfect vacation: the convenience store, spa, bar and grill, hair and nail salon, gulf cart rentals, Surf Hut restaurant with an ocean view, and the Alvin's store. If that's not enough, theres a whole plaza less than 2 miles away.

You will have access to the entire townhouse, screened outdoor patio, community pool, and a private beach access. Two cars could be parked for free right in front of the house, and one more in the overflow guest parking farther down the neighborhood.

Awsome property , perfect, near all things needed and the most beatiful beach i have ever seen!!

Wonderful propert, near everthing you want or need, beach is close and the most gorgeous water and white fine sand, ac very nice and cold, beds very nice, kitchen very nice to cook. Our dogs loved it. Will certainly come back

Beach getaway

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Irene's condo. Check in was easy and property was clean and accommodating. The location couldn't be better and so convenient to so many restaurants, shopping, and the beach. Very easy walk to the beach and not in an overly crowded area. We thanked the host for offering the dolphin cruise as we all really enjoyed the experience. Super quiet community and would not hesitate to come here again!

Great quiet location!

Great location in Miramar that is less congested than farther down 30A towards Frangista and Destin. Our stay was peaceful with our pups in this quiet little dog friendly complex. We had a golf cart and went to the public beach access with bathrooms just a little past the private access and always had a parking spot at any time of day. Very convenient and close to all the resteraunts, shopping, and grocery store. Irene is a great host that provides many extras for a more comfortable stay. We will be back!

Great Property

Very well appointed property! A short walk to the beach and restaurants, grocery store! Wonderful location! Very well stocked, if you want to cook a bit while you’re there, The kitchen is very well arranged and stocked! We loved playing board games in the screened in porch, when it was raining. Neighborhood and neighbors very friendly, nice little place for our dog to potty. The property was exceptionally clean. Bedrooms upstairs had very comfortable beds as well.. We definitely would stay here again, and/or am extended stay!

Great place

The townhouse was very clean and close to everything grocery, shopping and beach! The owner Irene answers really fast and she makes sure that our stay is as comfortable as can be! Kitchen is well stocked and we feel that it was a home away from home!
