Great building for multi-family

We visited Destin with two other families (all staying in Majestic Sun). Had a great week. The location is our favorite in the area. The walk across the street is convenient. It’s a little frustrating if you’re not renting beach chairs as the rental companies take ALL the waterfront real estate leaving the rest of us peasants a short section of beach to cram all of our umbrellas and chairs into. It can get crowded. But, a great family atmosphere, friends were made. Would definitely return.

The location is fabulous for overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and walking distance to restaurants, bars and groceries. Some items/areas in the condo are in need of TLC and updating (furniture cushions uncomfortable/need replacing and bed is losing its firmness). However, everything was clean and welcoming.

Amazing View

First off, the view was nothing short or just amazing. I dont like heights but couldn't resist the balcony. The apartment itself was very clean and well kept. Didnt see a single bug inside the apartment. The only downside is that the walls are apparently thin, as we were kept up night after night by the neighbors kids who were hitting something against the wall for 2 hours every night. Aside from that, everything was great. Make sure to reserve beach chairs and umbrellas early as the good ones went quick. Would definitely return to this apartment, just hope they get the elevators fixed.

The extra bath was nice and provided extra storage and a washer and dryer! We enjoyed the pools, hot tub and the beach, just across the street! When I asked on FB groups, no one had either, but we went out on a limb and were completely satisfied!
