The receptionist, Gonzalo (hope I’m spelling it correctly), was very kind and went above and beyond to help us resolve a parking issue. "Lovely hotel in a great location. Central to everything - shopping, cathedral, the port and bars and restaurants. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of on offer. Only knocked a star off because our room was quite dark as it overlooked another tall building and the wallpaper was hanging off the wall in parts. On the plus side the rooftop pool was great and there was a singer on the Sunday evening who was really good"
