"Clean rooms with access to a patio, beautiful pool, short distance to the beach, delicious breakfast with coffee, pastries, cheeses, meats & bread. We also requested dinner on one night, which was a highlight of our time in Portugal. Large outdoor table which we played cards on every night. "

"We absolutely adored the Quinta da Lagoa. Two lovely pools, great staff, beautiful grounds, lots to do. Just a short drive to both Mira and Praia de Mira, which have great restaurants. About a 25 minute drive to Aveiro. The mattresses are not as hard as most other Portuguese hotels, thank goodness. The breakfast is as good as other Portuguese hotels we've been to: consider it a good continental breakfast, while recognizing that the hot portion isn't so... hot, lol. Overall, it was a wonderful...
