"Breakfast was great and extensive spa facilities nice, but were a little overcrowded, and we were there during mid-week. Room was nice, but we had to move rooms the first night do to a bad smell in the room., and an unattended dog barking next door. Staff was great and moved us and gave us an upgrade to a suite, without hesitation. All in all it was a nice break between a long European trip and our return to the US. Better than any other nearby airport hotels. In my opinion, a few days stay at this hotel is enough as other than the spa faciities, there is not much else to do nearby."

"We were pleasantly surprised by this property. It's clear they are updating the rooms, but our particular room was clean and new and very quiet. Our towel warmer wasn't working but I think that was because the electrician was still onsite hooking things up. We walked down to the wharf and had lunch on the beach, spent a few hours poolside and then had dinner in the hotel restaurant. The quality of the food at dinner was excellent, and the wait staff were attentive and kind. Cannot beat this location for a stay before flying out the next day. We would definitely stay here again. "We really enjoyed our stay in Rome and the Cross Hotel was the perfect place for us. The staff was super helpful with suggestions about getting around Rome, things to see and accessing the hotel amenities, when needed. Proximity to the Manzoni metro was the best way to get around Rome. The room was modern and clean (with its own bathroom, of course). The breakfast offered a good selection of pastry, protein, fruit, etc. A special shout out to Alessandro, Roberto, Augustina (I think that was her name, I'm sorry if I got it wrong), as well as the gentlemen (no name tag that I can remember) who was very helpful with us and we saw help a couple even as he was going off duty. Excellent staff!"

"Breakfast was nothing to write home about. Not worth the extra $. Although it has a shuttle that goes 24 hrs.,it is the only shuttle that takes guests to locations. Only seats 6. Did not show up to pick me up at the airport (reason I chose hotel) even though I called and texted 24 hrs ahead. Was told to find a taxi bc they couldn’t come for me. Last, it was so HOT and it was only MAY. Amenities like SPA, cold hot tub, no explanation of amenities, etc."

"This property was very nice and modern. I stayed solo at this location and had a good time. This property it also very close to the bus stops and train station. This property however is in a very local area. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you wanted to walk to tourist spots. "
