The apartment is located in the Upper Town, the heart of the historical development of Minsk in the 17th and 19th centuries, the Berland house is an architectural monument of 1835.

The apartment is clean, after renovation in retro style. The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay: good furniture, soft blankets with pillows, snow-white bed linen, TV with Internet TV, good Wi-Fi, iron with ironing board, hair dryer, washing machine, microwave, dishes. The bathroom has shower gel and fresh towels. There is tea and coffee in the kitchen.

Nemiga and Oktyabrskaya metro stations are a 5-minute walk away. There is one station to the train station. Galleria Minsk, the largest shopping center in the country, is within walking distance. The house has a grocery store, cafes, bars, shops.
