"I gave this place a 1-star review simply because when I booked it, it was listed as being in the heart of the city center, so you could easily walk to the lake and everywhere else. But when I checked in, they told me I was staying at their second "home," which is a few kilometers away. The taxi driver dropped me off, but the property was so hard to find. I had to video call the staff for 20 minutes just to locate the entrance, after the taxi driver left me at the back of the building. The...
