"This place was super cute and you can tell it was recently updated. The room itself is super clean, stocked with all the goods you would find in a larger hotel and check-in/out is quick & easy. It doesn’t seem like it, but this place is walkable to the downtown Aitkin stretch (roughly 30 minute walk). we were able to check out some cute shops and grab a bite from a cute local spot. "

"The log lake house is beautiful and had everything we needed and more. We watched the sunrise over the lake, kayaked, bird watched, grilled, and played yard games. "We visited Hill City for the 4th of July to celebrate and visit family. We wanted our own space to retreat to with our two children and this property was perfect! It sits just outside of town, away from the crowds but close enough to quickly get back to the fun! The units were clean, nicely organized and had everything we could have needed if we forgot something. The view of Hill Lake is gorgeous. I highly recommend this place if you need a quiet, peaceful lake retreat! "
