THE PLACE ADVERTISES A GAME ROOM, THERE IS NO GAME ROOM! And the place stinks the light fixtures were broken the heat didn’t work properly there were no towels in the pool area and the breakfast gravy was cold

There was a glue rat trap with multiple dead bugs on it behind the toilet bowl. All the chrome plumbing in the shower had lots of scale buildup. The bathroom door frame at the base had rust 8" high. As soon as you entered the lobby it smelled of old musty air, the sofa had two holes in the fake leather couch they fixed with patches that were peeling off. The hot tub was a warm tub and the water level was so low the jets were making a loud noise as it broke the surface. Extremely disappointed. The box spring and mattress sat right on the floor. Just because it had a swimming pool does not make it 2 1/2 stars. Totally disgusted that this place was on your website and rated at 2 1/2 stars. The parking lot for handicapped had ruts of snow and ice. I have pictures of the room if you would like to add that to your website. If one star is your lowest option than that is what I would give this place.

Room was fine. Great bed, pillows just ok. Staff very kind and helpful. Breakfast always biscuits and gravy with no variation. Tastes good, but get there early before the biscuits turn hard. Doors closing in this hotel are extremely loud and disruptful, and jacuzzi could be warmer. But considering everything, definitely worth the trip and price. Parking lot is very icy, and the coffee is dismal. Convenient location.

It was a fine stay. I used the hot tub in pool one time. Both were nice amenities. The water temperature of the pool was very warm and felt nice. Staff were very friendly and attentive to my needs. My room service and housekeeping was efficient and thorough. How so appreciated how quiet the hotel and other guests typically were from inside my room.

The Good: You get your money's worth. The rooms are okay. The pool and hot tub are okay. The bad: The breakfast is below basic. There is nothing about it that's "continental". The Ugly: This place apparently entertains very shady people. On my first night, there was a bunch of guys staying in a room near mine who were screaming at the top of their voices and punching walls for hours. I called reception and receuved a promise to "come check it out" but nothing ever happened. It appears this bunch is staying there long term so may continue to be a problem. There was also another guy loitering around the pool area both days I was there with a backpack and a speak, blasting loud music, drunk, and sleeping. Unclear if he was a guest at the hotel, but someone from the front desk brough him a towel even though he never used the pool or hot tub so at least that shiws he's being entertained by them. On one night, out of the blue, this guy starts talking to me saying how "you are from Africa, I am from here, you can get deported, I can not" among other things. I chose to ignore him. As someone who works in mental health, I could tell he could use some help. Glad it was only verbal, but its not all on him. Its also on the hotel putting guests at risk from such a person while probably knowing he's likely to endanger people. They also claim they're a non-smoking hotel, but cigarette butts and people smoking will greet you on your way right into the hotel. That inincludes this guy. IIf y

Unfortunately i had a unexpected death in my family and had to end my stay earlier than expected. The General Manager of the hotel would not refund the additional days that i did use. As a result i paid for a room for 2 days that i did not use. Ill never a stay at another Quality Inn.
