"We had to listen to a dog barking all night. The bed was uncomfortable, maybe just full size. Staff was unpleasant. "

"Property could use some updating, however, you take the good with the bad. Close proximity to everything. Definitely walkable area especially to the mall and restaurants. Free shuttle to mall and airport. Two indoor pools that are well maintained along with a larger than avg hot tub. My room had two queen beds. Mattresses were not the best. One was very lopsided and the other sunken in middle. But still had decent nights sleep. Pillows were comfortable and not worn down. I do like a firmer mattress so a softer mattress doesn’t work for me. But again, fine for price. Breakfast was decent, what you’d expect from hotel. Several hot and cold options. I was impressed that kitchen staff was still replenishing breakfast items throughout and despite breakfast ending at 9:30 they were still replenishing hot items at 9:20. Making sure everyone had what they wanted. Pools were clean and heated. I used pool several times during my stay, only once were the chemicals a bit on the stronger side and was still manageable. If using pool earlier when the pool is “shocked” you may have the chemical issue. I swim often and am used to pool shock chemicals. The pool staff did take numbers and tests to make sure ph was ok. I witnessed this myself. Overall a great stay. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Only issue I had with staff was taking shuttle to airport and the driver saying I wasn’t on the list. I did put my name on the list two days prior but was able to still ride. "

"I was double charged for parking, also an employee came to my room claiming a noise complaint my kids were sleep and the other was watching tv. When I told him it wasn’t my kids and please don’t come back knocking at the door for a noise complaint we were not responsible for the noise he told me if he comes back again I will be put out and for what. As my nephew was coming down the hall to go to the other room the man is standing outside of the door just standing there. Why are you harassing my room when you clearly can hear we aren’t the problem and go find the problem. I paid over $1200 dollars for two rooms to be not treated respectfully by staff and accused of noise me or my children weren’t making. Then they turned around and tried to charge me $100 plus dollars for towels that were returned and double charged me for parking. As much money as this place makes and they are beyond greedy. Parking should be included in the stay for at of all since your are charging almost funeral prices for a room and check in is at 4pm with the water park closing at 8pm on weekends and you have to check out at 11am you prices are insane and this place should be shut down because they are literally robbing people blind and no one see it."

"I like the hotel because it is old school. Room was clean and neat. Bed was comfortable. Everything in the bathroom worked just fine. It was nice having a coffee maker in the room. I even liked that they supplied a stack of magazines to read. St. Paul Grill has excellent food. Rug in our room was a bit threadbare and I wish they had self parking."

"I was charged $16.28 and this was a pre-paid reservation. There should be no charges and there is no number to call the hotel directly. Terrible customer service for a hotel."

"The staff at the Hyatt Centric Downtown are the nicest and most helpful staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. I was having trouble with my car key fob and the staff up front did everything to help problem solve. From offering to troubleshoot in person with me, locating local dealer and also trying to help me get the fob open to change battery which we never did get into. I really appreciated the extra effort to help me out. The property was beautiful and a great location for the event we walked to at US Bank Stadium. I will stay here again!"
