Check in was not as advertised. In five days of stay no one cleaned room or restalked items for bathroom. Sana was broken. Everything was over priced. Only thing that was good was beds were comfortable and clean.

A group of us stayed at this hotel, each with separate rooms, and all of our rooms varied in condition. Some rooms were well kept and as expected by the advertised pictures while a few of us had poorly kept rooms that had peeling wall paint. The staff was very friendly!

The property is okay. Albeit very clean, the rooms needs renovating/updating as it smelled old. The walls in the bathroom had cracks and peeling. I can’t believe that They don’t offer a bottle of water in the rooms! I was told that my reservation did not include breakfast but it did so I missed breakfast on my 1st morning there. Additionally, the $10 continental breakfast included only a pastry & tea or coffee. The room was extremely cold, I had to call for them to come turn off the AC as I was not able to control it myself. The location is great.

The hotel was pretty nice. No major wow factors decor wise, but simple and clean. There was a restaurant and bar in the lobby, but was not open very often. Perhaps a staffing issue. Room was clean and had all the things I needed.

This was our second time staying at this property. Despite many reviews saying that their room wasn't clean, ours was in great condition. I also saw many reviews complaining that they had issues with the elevator, but we did not have any issues with that. You do need to scan your room key to go to your floor, which was a nice feature for safety. We also saw reviews complaining that the parking ramp key card didn't work, we also did not have any issues with that. The hotel was convenient for walking to bars and restaurants and the Target Center. The pool was warm and clean. The only negative was check in. We had checked in online, but still had to wait more than 20 minutes in line to check in at the hotel. It would be nice to have two lines, to have people who have already checked in online move faster through the line.

The property was very nice and secure, on site parking was very helpful, the room was perfect, clean and comfortable. The front desk person that checked me in was extremely nice, and the night shift front desk person was also very friendly and talkative. Would stay here again. Only problem I had was with a rude security guard.

Had a quiet and pleasant stay super conventionally located to the target stadium. Room was clean and king size bed was really comfortable. Only negative was the restaurant and bar are closed, would’ve liked staying at the hotel for dinner and drinks. But the front desk employees were extremely kind and helpful.

The parking is egregiously expensive, and for a lot that doesnt have an elevator so your lugging your bags down flights of stairs, the elevators would only call if you hit the "up" button and rode it all the way up to go back down to the lobby. There is no continental breakfast options, thankfully there is a nice diner nearby, because the hotel prices are insane. The heater in our room was running constantly, it was basically a lizard terrarium, when we brought it up to staff their only fix was leaving the window open, which was very loud. I would pay the extra 50 bucks to stay somewhere nicer, this place is need of some updates.

We liked the location and the price was very affordable. It was nice having easy parking on-site, although the listing doesn’t mention the cost for overnight parking, which was a bit pricy. The pool and gym were great and all the facilities were very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was dirty. We could hear people in the rooms next to us and in the hallway. Parking was atrocious. The price of this was in line with the Rand hotel, which is absolutely stunning. I was extremely disappointed. Will not be staying at this location again.

Rude person at front desk at check-in, totally unprofessional - this should have been a warning. This used to be a quality hotel in Minneapolis (it's my home city, and I have stayed here before for weddings) but this place is a dive now. Room is in garbage condition, a low budget inn would be in better shape than this...furniture is beat to hell, so are the walls and trim, there are stains on mattress, and loud noises from heat/AC unit that kept me up all night. This on top of the real richard cranium acting as staff and somehow pretending this is a 3star hotel.... It's safe to say I won't be recommending or staying here again.

The temperature in our room was 75 degrees and continued to climb to 77. We called because we could not work the thermostat. They said open a window. We had already done that. They gave us directions, that didn't work.
