Actually our website states "Self Parking For A Fee". I'm guessing you were looking at Expedia's website, not the actual hotels website. I'll let Expedia know that they need to get the correct information on their site.

Not sure if it was just us or not, but our room was uncomfortably hot. Did not seem like the AC was working even after turning it on and setting it pretty low. The lowest it ever got in our room was 76 and was as high as 83

I enjoyed the staff and their friendliness. I called ahead of time coming from out of state and asked for specifics for my room that were unsure if they could accommodate. Upon my arrival, they had everything I was asking for and more! Thank you guys so much for helping to make my weekend just as relaxing as I hoped!

Very lovely hotel located in the heart of the Minneapolis theatre district and sports complexes. Staff very friendly and accommodating; room was modern and updated- impeccably clean! Only downside is no restaurant in the hotel and having to park in a ramp a little walk from the hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Staff was wonderful. Rooms were super quiet. The bed so comfortable i wanted to take it home. The rain shower a truly wonderful experience. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a good location for activities in downtown Minneapolis. Easy walk to the Target Center and Target Field. Good restaurants also an easy walk. My room was very small and you have to request housekeeping services. Desk staff was very helpful.

Breakfast menu was very limited compared to what other establishments of the same class offer. Hotel staff at the reception recommended to park at a nearby open parking lot. Do not do it - they always service events and demand event rates. Instead park in one of the parking garages in the neighboring buildings. It is cheaper and safer.

Many light switches didn't do anything, toilet clogged, coffee machine did not work, and the shower fixtures seemed impressive but was impossible to mix hot and cold. The television in the bedroom needed an upgrade about 5 years ago and it was hot in the room no matter what we did with the thermostat.

Rooms were very nice and felt very clean. Definitely the best bang for your buck in Minneapolis. Staff was also very nice as well, I had late flight and they were happy to accommodate me till later in the day so I wasn’t stuck sitting in the airport. Highly recommend!

Dear Guest, My apologies for the inconvenience caused to you by the partial power outage in your room. Next time we kindly ask that you please inform the front desk of ay issues right away, so we can resolve the problem for you as quickly as possible. Additionally, our suites have floor-to-ceiling windows that effect the ambient room temperature when it's extremely cold outside. For this reason, we provide a space heater with tip-over protection, in each room that guests are welcome to utilize should they need.

Large room. Clean. Bed was not super comfortable. Hallway was noisy. There was a white noise machine available in the bedside table, but I didn't see it until I was about to check out. Restaurant on site was closed. In general, the hotel didn't seem quite as nice as in the pictures.

I really like how clean it is, and the shower has great water pressure. It is also convenient to lots of downtown events. Even though I'm a repeat customer, I was disappointed in the professionalism of the front desk staff and the room itself was bare bones. Only 2 towels, no towel racks, and only 1 chair. It did have a white noise machine which was handy due to noisy plumbing. I will choose elsewhere next time.

There was either a domestic dispute or loud endless shouting for hours. Staff handled once informed. Swanky looking hotel with a seemingly shady clientele.

Room was perfect! Loved the suite with huge shower, tub, and extra half bath! Location is ideal and perfect for walking to everything nearby. Loved or stay!
