This is a homeless shelter
This hotel is being rented out by Hennepin county and being used as a homeless shelter for the next year. No one let us know that our reservation was canceled. Lucky we were able to get a room at a different Holiday Inn in Edina. They were nice enough to give us the same room rate with a 25 % discount on top of the rate.

You booked me into a hotel that was no longer a hotel, it is now transient housing. I was lucky enough to speak with someone there who told me I had a room at a different hotel. He said they called me, they did not! When I got to the other holiday inn, they didn’t find my reservation. One lady pawned me off on another lady who was more friendly and honest. She said our reservation was faxed over from first hotel and nobody did anything with it! She found us two rooms for two night and after two hours we were able to check in! I was furious with Expedia for misleading us and being deceptive.

Great place in Bloomington
Everything was clean and modern looking. There was coffee available in the lobby as well as K-cup machines in the room, stocked with 4 cups. The room was also well funished and spacious for a 1 bed. The staff were very nice, but they did accidentally give me a room with someone already staying in it. Thankfully, we quickly sorted this out and they gave me a new room on the top floor. Oh well. The location was nice and convenient for drivers, in not too busy of an area, but still pretty close to a lot of attractions.

The hotel was very average, but clean for the most part. The room was dark though it had pool access; there was no sheer privacy curtain, only the big thick curtain so we were unable to use the light from pool area with out privacy. The desk chair was a standard banquet style chair and uncomfortable. There were a few ants on the bathroom floor- like 2-4 every time we were in it. The bench seat in the room had a stain on it and there was a stain on the floor in the walkway that looked like koolaid or something. On the plus side, there was a Green Mill restaurant attached that had fabulous pizza!

Ants in the pool area. Had to pay for a sub par breakfast Really no staff around other than front desk. Garbage laying around all over courtyard/pool area. Not really a useful hotel.

Decent hotel, some minor issues.
Nice location, easy to get to. Our door was jammed and in really rough shape. Had to throw a shoulder into it just to get into the room. Pool side windows are fun, but please understand that the noise echoes pretty loudly. It's fine if you expect it. Bed was pretty comfortable, pillows were not that great. Tough to understand how a hotel in Minneapolis does not include a TV package to watch the hometown team Twins. I just don't understand that at all.

Stood there 2 nights for a fun weekend getaway and caught a football game about 10 minutes from mall of America and 15 minutes from us bank stadium. Pool was good definitely plan on staying here again when we go to another football game in October

I go to hotel to get sleep. I was given an inside room and the noise from the pool was terrible until 11PM. The hotels name indicates it is close to the airport which is not the case. It is $35 taxi ride since they do not have a shuttle.

Typical experience with Holiday Inn. Room was small, half of the outlets did not work or needed to be replaced. Shower curtain rod was broken and falling down. The carpet was wet from condensation of the air conditioner in the room. Fitness center was small and cramped. One treadmill was broken and the other equipment was from 1998. This hotel is NOT pet friendly as stated on the site. Charge is $50 per dog per day for “cleaning.” No where to walk dogs on property. The restaurant was expensive and over charged for a salad I could have purchased at McDonald’s. No breakfast buffet as advertised either.

Going to our room the hallway was littered with clutter and smelled like pot. Got to our room, the room smelled bad so I immediately opened our window. Checked the Kcups to make sure I had enough coffee for the morning and one was already used. There were dirt smudges on the walls and the hotel info usually located on the back of the door was torn off. Body hair in the shower. Bathroom faucet leaked around the base so the vanity counter was always wet. The top blanket on the bed was dirty. The AC unit was loud and made it hard to sleep at night. The hotel overall looks like it needs to be updated and repaired. I also understand everyone is struggling to find help, and maybe they are just understaffed. The only positive is the people were very friendly, and the food from the on site restaurant (Green Mill) was good.

Holiday inn has a good reputation, but this hotel was like a old hotel they bought or something. Definitely not as nice as I expected it to be. Carpet old and grimy. Room overall cleanliness was just ok. Headboard had prints and marks from someone before us. Just wasn’t that clean and nice. Bug free though.

It was a very nice stay. The only thing I didn't like was they did not serve breakfast or have a breakfast buffet.
