The hotel is going through construction/remodel so the pool was closed. The hallway - some of the room numbers were written on doors in marker. The inside was adequate and clean. Breakfast was okay.

We booked the room for the pool. Come to find out the pool was under construction. When I booked on Expedia it didn't state that and I couldn't change anything. That was the biggest downfall for us with two kids. But it was a nice room and nice staff.

The hotel does not have a working pool, which was one of the reasons we were staying there. In addition, we had to move rooms as the toilet in our room was leaking from the base so our bathroom had water all over the floor when we returned to our room. Hotel just seems old. Breakfast was good. Location is convenient. Would probably not stay there again with so many other options.

Have stayed at this property throughout my travels to Mn and I have to say it has gone downhill. Looks like Reno’s are being done to the pool and spa. Our rooms smelled like mildew and felt very humid. The sheets on the bed were soft and not comfortable. Other than that the rooms was clean but I’m not sure I’d of stay there again. Greta location though.

Was not told that the pool or hot tub were down for repairs, before check-in and my family was really looking forward to that. Breakfast was amazing so many good options for all ages. Room was a little small with no good spot to set up a pack and play, without interference with walking space, my 18mo ended up having to co sleep, which put my husband on the floor, so his dad had the other bed. Tub had a dip in the base that held water and the “non-slip” mat was extremely slippery for anyone. It looking like a hole was forming around the drain. Over all it was a 9/10 stay.

Breakfast was organised well, attendant kept surfaces clean and food items well stocked. This facility has the small round waffles, which are easier to share with one's group. Ample parking. Towels exchanged daily, garbage emptied. Pool area is being renovated, and it looks like actual work is being done. Some places we have stayed seemed to be stalled.

Check in was easy around 530 pm and at first look our first floor room was adequate. Our room key wouldn't open the nearest door to where we parked so we moved our car. Obviously the hotel is undergoing major renovations so we expected construction. HOWEVER when we got back to our room for the night around 930 pm and pulled back the bed covers we found BEDBUGS crawling under the pillows and on the sheet. Immediately called the front desk and he asked if we wanted to check out. Whaaat? It is past 10 pm, raining, we have 2 dogs and we live 7+ hours away. He said he'd try to find another room. My husband went down and got a cart so we could pack up and move to the third floor which also happened to be half under renovations but at least we didn't find any bedbugs. The next morning, breakfast was so so. Skim milk machine not working and the container of mixed fruit looked well past its prime. Disappointing stay for sure.
